i'm using 60.48 and the speed is terrible during 7pm onward till 1am. Game have 3-5secs delay. If circuit have problem y during peak hrs only have problem lol. I notice the problem always start during these time.

aiya everyone ask for rebate better. Rant here they'll juz prolong or postpone anyway. The cable crap excuse is stupid. Everytime when more then expected amt of users start complaining slow, they'll juz use undersea cable excuse again. How can undersea cable have problem only during a certain time? Usually it's a big issue when it involves with something that serious. It'll take days without full speed and not just only a few hrs of shyt speed. They are just hiding something. One thing i know is that their management fail at lying. They are very good at blending in the excuse to the disaster that happens around the world but it gets old everyday with the same old excuse for over a year. I do believe it have something to do with overselling bandwidth again lol. They are pushing their sales above their limited resources. As greedy as always little tmnut with their pathetic screamyx combo scheme.

Neither is there any undersea cable problem to begin with nor connection to restore with. Been 20th april and 3 days pass ,they have yet to carry out with their promise. Bad lag usually occur in the afternoon till 3am midnite towards oversea. The T&C has recently been ammended recently just to provide preventive measurements towards the company financial assesment. With the new clauses added, tmnut users would not be able to make rebates regarding oversea bad connection. For every one to two mths, users will usually experience connection issues towards oversea. It's too obvious tmnut have oversold their bandwidth. Unable to upgrade their current badwidth due to tmnut's heavy debts they just add in that new clause. I've decided to end my contract with tmnut and pickup other isp. It doesnt really matter what speed they have since it doesnt make much diff anyway with all the junk speed all our country's isp can provide.

Tmnut hires outdated+dropouts technicians for low pays ^.^. Or these technicians probably got their position without cert through somesort of connection.Most of us who had contacted these technicians notice that they had very limited knowledge. Worse of all , they are not well informed or well read in the IT fields. Been years of usage on screamyx and they still have trainees or worse of all someone who answer directly frm a given troubleshoot faq on tmnut webbie. There has been cases where they are pretty dodgy against questions if they cant answer too by directing users to tmnut telephony tech line. And tmnut telephony tech line will also does the same and in the end users doesnt get their problem solved. The heavy lag that users have been facing isnt related to routing fault. It's because tmnut refuse to upgrade their bandwidth backbone which now been exceeded. If it's a routing problem y must it be afternoon till 2-3am? It's a big mystery. Frm what i see is , they probably limit their bandwidth resource or even downgrade it recently. The company have been eating too much money and now they barely find enough funds to upgrade their service. The new clauses they made is an example. It isnt to combat against telephone spam complaints. It's to prevent users frm askin rebates which prove that alot of users been using it which now the company is facing heavy setbacks.

Next day i call, the report is close and mentioned fixed. ^.^ Improve ya? lol

There's been some complains by mac ,linux , ps3 and xbox users which also suffering from snail speed connection. The dude who made conficker must been really a genius to make it multi platform compatible. Maybe u guys who's using window shud try to tell them that u arent using windows and see their responce lol. Stop saying windows and try other OS.I've tried before and it's amusing lol.
