Becareful there are cases where instead of fixin the case they make it worse. It happen once where i complain i'm getting very slow speed connectin to oversea which only stuck between 20-30kb for a 1mb package. I told them i got this speed when i did speedtest over speedtest.net over oversea regions. They assure me it'll be fix and they say they'll send a technician to fix the port. After i keep complainin for 1 wk by callin them everyday , they suddenly told me it's fix. Before i cud get oversea connection with 130-140kb but after they fix it, it becomes only 70kb and it isnt even stable. I call tm and they send some tm dude with a notebook and stubbornly did a speedtest locally and show me 80kb. I show them connectin to US is 60-70 and the dude just told me he'll report to the office. After he went back no call came back to confirm about if my connection is done or not. Next day i call, the report is close and mentioned fixed. ^.^ Improve ya? lol

come complain here everyday seem to be my daily routine already
what i can say is only midnight time i get good speed (with my best ip 60.50 only) and day time is suck no matter what ip i get...
it's very hard to get connected to internet after i restart modem... i have no problem get connected before april... it's so frustating that i average spend at least 30 mins just to restart my modem... (no choice when my house blackout... or thunder come...)
i would say unless tm boss (the REAL boss) changed, or nothing will change... even a good new isp can come in malaysia... tm just wont let them survive if they come... monopoly ah haha

Weds - can't download or view youtube at all

Thurs - can watch youtube without interuption, can download RS/MU faster than normal

Fri - ALL OVERSEAS CAN'T EVEN LOAD FULLY, cannot download anything

F### max speed. I want to be able to browse. It's not like I'm downloading 24/7.
I have max speed but its no use because I'm not downloading anything. What I need is to browse which has been impossible these last 2-3 days

My speed has return to normal 180~200kbps, hopefully it will last forever but i doubt so

my download is at max, but surfing US site like face book take 20mins+ to load, only download from torrent is fast, rapidshare also full spd

the http speed is back to normal,
and the web browsing speed is back to normal for certain website,
but some still very lag, very serious till cant load at all,
and my online game totally cant play compare to previous...

CEO should immediately resign and apologize to all Streamyx subscribers.

I'm still slow....its up to 15-20kbps on megaupload or RS....seems like they are throttling for 115.

Ok, since around 9pm the connections have gone real bad again. And I mean everything is bad. I'm lucky I was able to even post this.
Update: Ok, looks like reconnecting a few times helped. Or maybe not. International down again.

- rapidshare is good?! 80kbps for 1MB line
