Because of this sh## connection the .rar files I download keep getting corrupted then I have to download again

A bit better than yesterday.. I'm now averaging 50-70 KB/s. I don't know if it will last though.

Yeah its really weird. The ping is normal but you have to refresh 1000 times to go to a website

I have no problem with downloading. I'm at max speed but it's not like I download all the time.
