Hm, service went down for me around 12:05pm, and got back around 12:28pm. This time I was able to connect and reconnect as many times as I wanted without the reconnection attempts throttled. Not entirely sure if everything is back to fast speeds yet like other people have been getting and I still can't access lots of international sites and if they do load it is slow.
PS - it's getting harder to get my ideal ip at the moment
PPS - line went down at 12:44pm and back on at 12:49pm.
Update: Ok wow now all the slow loading sites are loading fast/faster including video streaming sites like vimeo. Soundclick still loads slow like shit though.
