Thanks. Feel that the speed to facebook is 50% faster via the proxy

download speed same (to RS, about 98kbps via globalcrossing)

To you is same...to me is a big difference........can't even download from MU or RS...if I've never use proxy cannot d/l at all....even I get the full speed now..I can't download anymore cuz got limit.....reconnecting wouldn't do anything cuz is a proxy....

All financial budget has been allocated and estimated since at least 1-2years ago. if they upgrade and force financial department allocate more $ on international bandwidth, there could caused bad cash flow in the organization.

Aiya, If u are an accountant, they u might know why TM do not want to upgrade. it's one 1 person decision.
It's CEO decision, tight / limited budget allocated to NOC, Bad Leadership, Forcing in Sales and Marketing only. Profit #1 , upgrade ( cost spending ) #last !

Yeah, everyone can get decent connections to a few select places.

The problem is that each Streamyx customer can only get good connections to about 50% of the internet. The rest is riddled with packet loss.
