Guys, I'm considering getting the 2011 Mac Book Pro mainly for web browsing, multimedia and creativity software, word processing and IOS application development.
So, should I get the i5 or i7 processor? Wonder the i5 and 4GB RAM is significant to serve my purposes.

better take mbp 15Inch with i7 proc..but its depends on ur budget also..

Really? That cheap? What do you think about Apple's "official" RAM? See here: http://store.apple.com/my/memorymodel/ME_2_4_MACMINI
Seems a bit pricey to me.

Maybe there's a glitch in software 10.6.7. Wait for another software update from Apple and use a normal mouse in the mean time.

Looking to get the new RM 3,799.00 iMac.
Few question :

1.If i want to upgrade the Ram, can i just buy the Ram off any lowyat store and plug it in?

2.How about Hard Disk Upgrade? Is it easily upgradeable ?

It was available before the 2011 model. We are kinda surprise Apple pull that off. Forcing buyer to go for higher end models.
