I bought 2 week ago, the SA give RM500 cash rebate, and just collected the RM625 of petrol subsidise, yah total I get RM1125 discount.

Anyway too bad PBB approved very slow, take 6 working days to approved the loan, so only get the car in 2 weeks time.

Currently 600plus KM ready, probably next week end will go to 1st service.

polish that area 1st and see how it goes.if no, ask that guy to pay it back.bring 2 more frens along to the shop if u were to confront with that guy.

u should wax it 1st...see if any scratches and loss of colour and then u only claim from him

guys regarding the iafm issue,

some say, the indicator would be

1. tak..tak..tak sound
2. fc increase
3. loose pickup at low rpm

also some say, only first batch of saga got this problem..other batches are safe from this.
if its true why some of us has to change it 3 times?

if its faulty, replacing a new ones should solve it.

Is it faulty design? - it wont last long and not durable? no matter how many times u changed it ...it will spoil later in short time

what happens if after 3 year / no more warranty u have to pay to change it? for a long term its gonna cost us a lot

I got the feeling that mine is faulty, i feel loss of pickup at low rpm..and the fc is increased a bit. engine sound a bit rough and got little tak tak sound even after ive done my service

Guys, I am planing to buy Saga soon. But by looking at the forum, many problem. I need some feedback before decision.
1) What is the rpm at 110 km/hr for M/T?
2) The rebate and patrol sub is given throughout Malaysia proton dealers?

ya, i felt pickup bcome slower than b4. Engine sounds a bit rough (mayb because i rev to hard? )

however, the fc is about the same, 0.13-0.15km/h depending how i drive.

juz psychology only..
My car engine also sounds rough.. ...my sc told me its normal...

Whats your total KM now? Whats the average rpm you rev. Most in which gear? When you feel the fc improved? After 3rd service or 15000km?

Envy you have that fc even rev the car.

I think its normal for manual...my car auto tranny can get around 0.15-0.18kmh...but i drive like aunty..

i did complain to dealer 1st during 2nd service.. but they don't want to check..
so i decided to send to branch.. then straight i got claimed the spings

for this car fc.. every gear 3-4k rpm.. around 350-400km for less than 50 bucks petrol..
i tried on plus highway.. 90-100kmh.. 2nd bar last me for 115km.. which usually onli 80km

Tried on heavy traffic jam with aircond on...

yeap..use wax 1st....how about the other fella car that hit u?? got kemek?

my total mileage now 17XXXkm now, average rpm mostly 3k, always change from 4-->5 then 5--->4 like that. My FC always good after 1st service.

haha, no nid envy, mayn i know BLM "behaviour" deeper than u...

since my car is manual, everytime before change gear, i will make sure the power is enough, my opinion change gear at 3k rpm is enough ady, more simple words= make it smooth.

p/s, every morning i will let the temperature bar raised untill 3 bar, then i only on-air cond. Hope it helps.

Ya, interest is increase already, mine also 3.75% from Public Bank for 5 years.
The rebate is RM300 cash and also RM1000 service voucher.
The salesman say no need to tinted window because the new car already install already, i don't know it is true or not.

I've called that guy ~ He came to my office area and bring a container of stuff and rub off the scratch ~ Oni left 2-3 very tiny scratch, like 5 mm-10mm each fine lines~

Yeah, he did it , he came ~ Just left some very small scratch, i do not know how to ask for compensation for those tiny stuff ~ it's only can be noticed upon fussy inspection. furthermore, he is so co-operative, he came over and try to do something to make the scratch dissappear

Now not so bad edi, not so obvious, it's only obvious if you really feel it and look closely ~ I din ask for compensate, i duno how to ask, he came all the way to my office to have a look

anyway, just back from SC (visiting SC is also an advice of a fren of mine to make sure not internal damage), and confirm that no internal damage (i'm concerned of the loud sound of that bang will have impact on internal staff which i have no idea what is that) - SC says is normal and nothing much also (aih funny)

my manual 1-2k rpm climb very slow...after 2k, sudd got power and rpm climb faster...i just maintain trottle only...nvr press more or less...
is it iafm spoilt? my engine also got tak tak tak sound...
the SC guy said no problem...perfect condition...

Tak tak tak could be an indicator for the IAFM prob as mentioned by xshiro in earlier post ~

My engine sound also bukan main kuat @@ cannot stand outside the car for long

About the pick up, if no power at certain rpm, dun press oil in order to make it faster, to avoid sudden shooting in front @@

i think it's better 4 u 2 ask him 2 re-spray back ur car cuz it's a new car,ok? ?
me as workshop ppl n i know he can get u a vheap proce 2 re-spray back for u~
