are u refering to the RM5000 offer or just merely trade in if pure trade, they didn't ask us to do so wor....... will let u know later.....because we still waiting for the new car to arrive. but i ask quite a few sales person they didn't mention need to send car to puspakom for inspection wor.

savvy in other hand is old car...if it fits....might be cheaper....just use 1 time mah....until the saga's brake pad dropped price

now it's loose...both the handle and the brake itself....handle can wiggle left to right...loose
handbrake itself....after pull...the car can still go back....dn't know how to permanently fix this problem

On a spoilt IAFM, does the "tak-tak" frequency increase when rpm increase? (Meaning the "tak-tak" gets faster?)

Plastic are never meant to be used for cyclic load (e.g. moving part). No matter how great the plastic is, if it is subjected to frequent load and unload, it will tear and break.    It's wrong material selection!!! At least used iron or alloy composition on the mounting of the moving part.

Proton could be using double standard, that's why Persona has less IAFM problem (?). As I said earlier, Proton need to address this matter seriously, otherwise the "New Saga" will become history, and so does their reputation.

I give up already. Not getting BLM 1.3 anymore.

same issue my hand brake & front brake feel very loose, need to press hard to make the car stop
the emergency brake pulak need to pull very hard to stop the car T__T
I get the tak tak sound whenever i start the car, not only in the morning even during lunch time or given interval of 3 hours
after about 10 - 20 mins the sound goes away
btw my mileage is around 3k only
easily can reach 160km/hr and
168km an hour max, i tried pushing it cant go any further than that - my car only driven about 3000km only so far

and i already start to hate the tak tak sound, my alarm system also giving trouble need to lock unlock and lock back to engage the lock. sigh

So far I've pushed my car for 200KM de since I get my car yesterday.

I can say, for the price tag like this, I'm satisfied and happy. Just a few minor stuffs missing... like Auto door lock, Auto Down/Up windows, Light's Warning when engine off... All small things missing...
They could have done more and better!

FC report on my M-LINE M/T:

Driving: city and long distance(>300km)

1. Filled Petronas RM50, did 338.1km until low-fuel signal lit.
2. Filled Shell RM50, did 342.7km, not yet lighted fuel low signal but left 1 bar. then i fill RM30 Shell again..

Hi just bought a black m/t 1.3 M line for the wife.

I would also like to report on the fuel consumption.....
At first few times that I drove it to work(exchanged cars with wife for a week before and a week after 1 st service) I found that my fc is the same as yours.....

But then I decided to drive at the most 80 km/h keeping the rpm around 2500-3000 thereabouts or lower. My fc suddenly did much better right up to 430 -440km for 50-53 ringgit petronas or shell when last bar strated blinking.....Its the right foot la. This car for good fc must drive less spirited....now I am passing it back to my wife, I think it suits her better.

That bad? How about others? Anyone else face similar issue?
