urm.. wonder why no one tell this before.. that day when we met him, he said the item was real. and his busines was also real.. and he did his busines really fine before.. thats why there are some ppl happily cod with him before.. but this time, he claimed that his 'supplier' cheated him and ran away with the money.. i asked him why he didnt lodge police report against his 'supplier', he said he barely known the supplier and just trust them since they had busines several times already for the previous stock.. so the case here(claimed by yip_man) is he also being cheated by so called his 'supplier'.. and there was the money goes.. he claimed he also got nothing now since he sold his lappy and stuffs to get the stock worth about 20k that time.. thats the best of my knowledge that i know that i can tell you guys.. just justify the statement yourself.. if anyone feels it is inappropriate for me to tell this, please inform me. i will delete this statement..

ic, his story tells us, if supplier cheat u, then u can cheat back ppl at lyn here 2 cover the lost rite ?

actually depending who you really want to believe at this point la.. i mean what is done is done.. its just.. if he agreed to pay back then good la.. but.. its still wrong to do this to fellow lyners.. but what you guys can do now is just wait for the end of the month and he pays up.. then its a good sign ..

really pity to those conman nowadays,why aren't they find a job and work and get payment monthly? come here to con people they think they are pro?happy?family will feel proud of them?or just training for future become big cheater company CEO?why their brain are so stupid?can't they use their small brain to think first before they con others people money?maybe people work hard to earn the money to buy something from them that people trust them,but lastly get conned!i don't know whether their family really proud or feel shame on their kid's "JOB".really feel shame to those cheap conman,if wan be a conman go to con bank la,at least you get rm100k above,why come here that we doing small business only you also want to con?rm10?rm100?rm1000?so cheap...these people really no worth to life,better die cruelly on the road.then everybody go to see,OWW,it's conman! Well, conmen thrives because when they got caught, they can still do "table talk" with victims, or threaten the victim NOT TO REFUND. The victims can only beg these conmen and listen like puppydogs. As soon as the case "settled", the conmen consider themselves already "master the skill" and move on for bigger conning in the future. Malaysian "market" for conning is HUGE.

It all started with a single con of maybe $100. Big conners able to do pull of big cons today is because they "got away with it" in their smaller cons before, even though they might have got "caught" and tracked down back then.

after 2 hours of reading.
wat i get is:
1. conman con ppl, a lot of ppl.
2. victim open dispute here, all gather and talk cock.
3. at last , conman is afraid, then say gather to write agreement.
4. a lot got con, onli 2 go to the gathering. other cannot go coz even got conned RM2000+, still cannot free up a few hours for gathering.
5. conman and 2 victims sign the agreement.
6. now conman offering to pay back RM200 each every month.

my 2 cents:
wait for the 1st month to see the payment. 3 possibilities:1, he will bank in and refund as promise. but this chance is very slim.
2, he will refund some and not some.
3, went MIA again.

my bet is on number 2. if that is the case, i am willing to put him on jail and go by codex's suggestion.
most probably this will be another legend con case.

but please prove me wrong.

in my opinion..after u put him in jail,,u can claim ur right to his family..
also u also can claim it to the court if someone dont want to pay it...
and do u think his family will avoid him becoz his act? answer for ur self
let him in his place while he find a way to refund all of u...although he is in jail
he can ask money to refund by asking or borrowing money frm his family..
if he has car..why not he selling it or anything value tht in his house...

if some case, some court will consider all of the asset before give the right decision..
why not we use tht idea...

For now,just ask the conman when is his payday.If still not received any refund then u all can proceed whatever u want.

You guys must be dumb if right after he broke his promise once again and you let him go. Do not give him chances to fly away out of country!

This month the 23th is the salary..so 24 is the date yip_man need bank in the money...minimun is rm200..i think the silent killer need update thread..we need give the acc no of bank to him..so when the yip_man already transfer the money, he need update with upload the receipt of the payment...
