after 2 hours of reading.
wat i get is:
1. conman con ppl, a lot of ppl.
2. victim open dispute here, all gather and talk cock.
3. at last , conman is afraid, then say gather to write agreement.
4. a lot got con, onli 2 go to the gathering. other cannot go coz even got conned RM2000+, still cannot free up a few hours for gathering.
5. conman and 2 victims sign the agreement.
6. now conman offering to pay back RM200 each every month.

my 2 cents:
wait for the 1st month to see the payment. 3 possibilities:1, he will bank in and refund as promise. but this chance is very slim.
2, he will refund some and not some.
3, went MIA again.

my bet is on number 2. if that is the case, i am willing to put him on jail and go by codex's suggestion.
most probably this will be another legend con case.

but please prove me wrong.
