The story goes like this...

I saw this thread regarding the n95 8gb n i decided to buy from him...he asked me to bank in rm300 into his acc....n i said "rm50 cannot ke? y must rm 300?" so he said "i will come bank the end of the month, or u bank in full then i will courier the item to u"...so i did pay full for the phone, which is rm1300.....so after few days he msg me, "the item is send using nationwide n the tracking number is 10509102".... i cant track the n95 8gb n he said he already try to resent for few times already....from that i already feel fishy...

i bank in the money n want to COD with him tonight at maluri jusco...i waited for 1 hour n this dude didn't appear....i tried to call him but i get the "the person is unavailable" msg....

if COD,you surely can confirm whether the photo is genuine.

Yup me too i think he ran away already . he saild he work at the 8tv near the 1 utama .....

I had a deal with yip_man before. He works for TV8 as he claimed himself as last time.

We had our deal in Damansara, from my point of view, he looks like a steady and friendly person.. and I believe there is someone out there had deal with him before

And also, he is a chinese and he speaks cantonese.

Hopefully yip can appear and clarify also clear all the doubts.

Think logically. How can a person use his atm if he does not know the pin number.

You are so quick to jump into conclusion. So whose account did you bank into when you said you had 2 successful transaction with him. Post screen your bank in slip to show that you are also conned by him.

I sms yip_man earlier, asking him to refund the money..

he replied..

"Sorry for what i do! can i pay back by monthly installment? i got no money to pay in full for everyone. I need to work and pay everyone. pls!"

"you just buying time to get away is it?"
he replied..

"can u let everyone know in the forum. this friday evening, i'll be seeing everyone. u help me to gather everyone at a place. then we meet and discuss. pls. tq"

Yo scammer, if u r reading this, i hope u think twice. pay us the money back and we will retract the report .. or else.. before u go to jail, i'm sure u will get beaten by along and etc.

my police report will be up by this afternoon. i m refered to the commercial crime unit and i will have to collect my report this afternoon.

for me, i will take my money from this conman my self.. just TS and others that being conned will help me after settle with alex.. for some one that not live at KL area or nearby area like me (From Johor), it not easy to come down to KL every day even on Saturday.. i works 6 days a weeks and i work in quarry industry and do rock blasting & crushing .. some times went to KL for course sent by HQ or 'tumpang kawan' may be u all can said that this is all my excusse, but i don't minds..  but for sure suppose like emoney said that this conman can refund by online.. not make everyone go and meet him.
