mr codex, can u give the best advise to us?

i asked already..
he said he dun have one now.
his name got blacklisted already..
he said he was a guarantor for some ppl then that ppl never pay to the bank..

most likely he's telling the truth..
nik nazry also claims he got job already..
i asked him to get some part time job coz his job timing is like from evening to early morning..
he said he will try his best..
about- bank loan, most of them need 3 month of payslip.. so next month, sure cannot..
maybe after 3 month..

rm200 is a minimum he said..
but if get more income, will pay more to ppl..
that is one of his statement to the police..
and he added in the statement that if he cant pay, will bring this matter to civil court..
then will get court order to pay back..
after that still dont pay, dunno lar whats gonna happen..

i really confuse with this statement.

since you 12 guys bank in the money into Nik(victim account)....isn't it is easier to get the money from nik instead rather from Alex unless of course somehow this Alex owe Nik money.

Nik should have come clean on this matter and should be willingly to withdraw and refund those 12 victim.

here is my suggestion

1. all of you log a report and compile it together, so the amount will get BIGGER
2. send this nik to jail coz we all know he cant afford to pay all the scammed money
3. you can sue him for cheating on you guys, if he cant pay it .. he will be longer in jail
4. i dont think his parents wanna see his son in jail, so parents will do anything to bring his son out (chances to get paid)

and lastly ..

5. even you cant confirm you will get back the money,
at least you can send him to jail rather than see this conman running and keep lying

"I had already given a statement on what happened with the fund which all the victim's had bank in to Nik account and I admit everything in front of the police and how I’m going to pay everyone. 2 witnesses were attending yesterday, Nik and iq_myst. I ask everyone to come for witness that I’m at the police station for statement but no one can attend it except both of them??? What can I do more???

First of all, Yip_Man, do talk as if you are a good guy and you did your best to satisfy those who got cheated. You planned all along to scam their money methodically. The reason now you come out and "willing" to payback the money because you are not pro enough and leave a trail of identity.

I suggest you pay all what you owe to the guyz that met with you. They made the effort and the risk to trust you for one last time. Pay every cents you owe them now. What happened to the money you cheated from them, so fast you burned all?

what i personally think.. is that Yipman in deep shit with some ahlong.. Ahlong wants fast cash.. yipman cannot get bank loan due to lack of payslips.. so yipman turn to lowyat forum for some loan.. After loaning from fellow lyners, he paid the ahlong.. Then the fellow lyners bit a chunk of his ass for conning the lyners.. and in the end.. he would rather "loan" from lyners than ahlong coz ahlong will take more than his ass if he cant pay up.. which is why he conned lyners in the first place..

but there are other people to borrow $$ from la.. if my guess is right.. friends, family.. total of 7k++
