he lie before ...later if he run away ..then how? report to police? ...run to outstation for few month then back? ..i think police already 4got

haih.. no agreement yet.. he claimed he's having a job interview at two. he called the police already and said wanna come tonite about 9pm.. if he dun come again tonite, maybe police will find and escort him to the police station later..

he text me. we're having a good news(sort of)..
he said he got a job already..
and now like having the briefing or some shit..
and he asks us not to write bad things about him..
so just need to wait..

Why don't u guys suggest him to loan some money from anywhere ( like bank, his parents, friends, (whom are related to him) or maybe from along(last resort) ). It would be easier for you guys to get refunded if you guys need to use the money without having to wait because it's kinda impossible to get such amount of money within a short period of time. Then what will happen to him after he refunds is no longer related to you people. Then these problems are solved

What kind of high-ranking and important job that require immediate briefing upon confirmation of job at the same day itself,ESPECIALLY after working hours ? And if he is that qualified to easily get this job , (assuming he is highly educated) why would he become a conman in the first place?


I know victims are at his mercy in regard to what he said (forced to believe), but sometimes its not hard to suspect something is fishy in how he's trying to "buy time" (buy time to do what? pack up his bags and elope? time to have final dinner with loved ones? or waiting for confirmation of plane seat to fly off? ). Essentially he's a conman that managed to cheat quite a number of people. This means he had already throw whatever "honestly" he had into the longkang. Don't expect him to be honest or remorseful at this point.

Added on April 7, 2009, 9:52 amLOL. As i said before in previous post. Malaysians are forgiving lot. When got cheated, "merely" want a refund, and everything back to normal. That' is why SCAMMERS and CONMANS dare to roam the street again after lying low. They knew the most probably things that could happen if they con big time is:


1) TOTAL SUCCESS - A whole lot of $$$$ cheated
2) BEING CAUGHT , THEN "NEGOTIATE" - Still holding a lot of $$$, knowing victims wanted their $$ back. They won't do anything to jeopardise their chance in refund. The conman can only smile he is still in control of the situation.

If I'm the conman and had it easy in (2), I probably WILL NEVER REPENT.

does he had no credit card?installments some phones and laptops for us la.then he pay the bank.

if he's telling hte truth that he got a job already..

then next month he can make a bank loan to pay us back..

I really hope he can make the payment rm200 every month..i don't care what the job he is doing..but just pay my money back..this is last chance we give to u alex..hope you using the chance to settle this problem...

I agree with alanyuppie here. I have been here long enough to know. This is not the first time conman try this kind of tactic. Refund and all then suddenly dissappear. Thing is usually the refund never even start they already MIA. The victims are only giving him more time to find solutions for him to get away with the con. The longer you wait the LESS chance of you getting a refund. Don't be naive. I know most of you are still kids but it's time to grow-up and face the reality. Do something to stop being conned again. Did you imagine that if the previous few con cases where the victims really did what they are suppose to do (instead of begging for the money back), there wouldn't have been so many con men and you wouldn't have been conned in the first place?

Think man. When a person is hungry and begging for fish, do you give him a fish to last him 1 day or teach him how to fish himself?

I think this will be drawn out and might happen like the way Codex says.
Look at the list... 12 victims.
He promises RM200 monthly for all.
That is RM2400 a month for him to pay.
Quite a tall order for someone who was up until recently, unemployed and surviving on supposed middleman trading income.

We have given him the benefit of the doubt for now and hopefully he won't drag the real nik down the drain cos our reports still stand against original nik.
TS can you post the report up online? The one he signed and agreed to repay us monthly? Give him some pressure and make sure we have proof with us.
