stop b here, in my opinion, better call his home talk to his mum or father bout police report and anything...dont go to extortion or gather over 20people..coz it will bring lot of u problem...it is according penal code and federal constitution..rite now better go to police station near his place and gather there n asking the police to follow u to his place...also try to call public media...the thing will be so hot when it come to public media...so better u make move...asking codex to deal with police officer...rite now, another police officer also see this thread...but not me./i'm layman only

in my opinion..after u put him in jail,,u can claim ur right to his family..
also u also can claim it to the court if someone dont want to pay it...
and do u think his family will avoid him becoz his act? answer for ur self
let him in his place while he find a way to refund all of u...although he is in jail
he can ask money to refund by asking or borrowing money frm his family..
if he has car..why not he selling it or anything value tht in his house...

if some case, some court will consider all of the asset before give the right decision..
why not we use tht idea...
