i really confuse with this statement.
since you 12 guys bank in the money into Nik(victim account)....isn't it is easier to get the money from nik instead rather from Alex unless of course somehow this Alex owe Nik money. Nik should have come clean on this matter and should be willingly to withdraw and refund those 12 victim.
