i sms-ed the scammer last night asking bout when he will return the money. N he replied "around 30th to 3rd". We'll see if he does that. I will take action if he fails to do so. If he missed his promise again, im not getting my money back already, i will put him behind the bars. hope all victims reply to this thread if u wan ur money back. Im sick of those ppl say wan to take action but end up chicken at home n doesn't show up the other day.
i have posted before.. its not that we don't want to turn up. there are constraints on our behalf. that's the whole point on doing purchases online; it saves time because we don't have to go out to buy the products we want.
however, it was unfortunate that we have been conned by the same individual by the name of Alex. Some of us victims are outstation (i'm in east malaysia) and it is hard to schedule a meeting time & place to meet up especially at this point in time where some of us are studying (take me, for instance.)
i have spoken to TS on the phone before regarding this issue, the same day the report was being made against Alex. if TS was selfish enough to say that he would not speak on my behalf regarding the refund Alex is supposed to make, i would have called it a gone case but TS seemed pretty cool and calm about the issue and told me the procedures & measures to take in my location (which is to make a police report. i followed up with a tribunal for consumer affairs report.)
as far as i know, TS and a few others are at a location where Alex can be reached. since money is involved, i don't see why i should not let TS be paid compensation for his help. (TS can pm me for an arrangement regarding this issue, if you want.)
i hope this clears the air (and Alex who might be reading this) for those who are not able to articulate their problems of not being able to get to KL. personally, i would really want to come over to KL and speak to Alex himself. I have financial problems of my own that hinders me from getting that air ticket to get to KL. an air ticket is not cheap as well which then includes a taxi fare to&fro from the meeting point which i apologize for not being able to come up with that sum of money. i am also staying with my family (which TS is not) so there is still some parental control on my part. i'm just asking for a little bit of emphaty on behalf of some of the victims.
i personally thank you, TS for the effort of looking up this Alex. If there is any other way that we outstation victims can help, definitely we will try to help. thank you and have a great week ahead.

y'all see all this shits? can't turn up? come on dude, after 18 yrs living on this planet, i don't see any employer forbids you from taking leaves to settle this case. so i assume u will lose more than the amount that you got conned even only taking 1 day leave? who are you, bill gates or warren buffet? come on give me a break. well u see, im a 18 yr old guy who's staying alone in KL, no relative, parents, siblings, no shit, n worst of all, i cant drive, yet i still fork out my precious time n travel through all those jams to meet with the real con man. well u adults up there, all u gonna say is "sry i cant go, this is my acc no. blablabla, help me claim the money from him"? while me n alexchin n iq_myst r solving this problem face to face to the con man, all u gotta do is hide under ur grandma's skirt? sniffing her old panties? fark off n get a life dude. i dun believe there are such bosses that fire u even u take 1 leave from ur working days to solve important stuff (not to do nonsense mind ur f***ing head). if there are, give me their number n i'll help u sue them for employee's right. mr codex n few forumers here do have a point, im not helping those who can't meet up to get their money back. we wasted our time, yet u r sitting infront of the computer, see n rant at the scammer, but the fact is u guys r too chicken to come out? i believe ur mom gave u balls while bringing u to this f***ing world? im not a loan shark whose job is to force that bloody conman to refund, im still a student u see. if the conman refund to u, good for u but if he dont, pls start to act more like a human n stop hiding like a sissy, yelling here n there over lyn, ranting like a f***ing bull dog
i keep myself silence not without a reason, but i think, i interpret, i analyse, n i act, rather than talking nonsense, trying to gain fame through the internet
pls pardon my violence in language, but i think i do have a correct point here. u guys don't have the rights to flame/troll me, actions speak louder than words
in the first place, why did you created this thread? i believe it was to gather up the victims to look for a possible solution, is that right? that was the right thing to do. now came the problem of people not able to come down to KL for a meetup with Alex. this problem is out of your control. what all we outstation victims are trying to say to TS is "Plz inform the conman to refund our money." why should we hide when our money is at stake? LYN is our only output for the update and progress of the refund. that is the main purpose for this thread right?
what you have said earlier was true and which (i feel) implies to those who are above the age of 21yrs being free from parental control. i do not feel offended and i feel that a simple statement of asking TS to claim the money for them is not appropriate. what makes you think that Alex has all the money with him during the meet? obviously he is the person who is going to refund, NOT TS.
which was why i stated that if TS wants a compensation for a guaranteed refund by Alex, i would not mind.
