for everybody's info, the con man is a chinese, nik is the victim because his bank A/C is used by the real con man..the con man request us to keep his info n everything to ourselves 1st...if he doesn't pay back, then only we disclose all his personal info

No, TS actually opened one thread before and I've closed it.
I don't see the needs for a new fresh thread just for refund purpose.
This thread itself is sufficient as it is packed with information, creates better awareness and easier reference.

I suggest TS to update the first post with the proper sequence of this case, in a better orgranised way.

Even though the matter has not been settled fully, I would like to extend my gratitude and thanks to the TS and those who went with him to meet up with the conman.
It will probably take some time before the scumbag can come up with repayment for everybody.
But at least now we have a clear understanding of the true facts and hopefully will serve as a lesson for all to be alert when trading online...

Bro..hope you help we all in far place to settle this problem..i think we need some table or list the money he refund very month...should min he must pay to we all rm200..I think we all need the money asap too..

what are the terms and conditions of the letter to be signed?

What does it say if the conman missed a payment? What if he paid for 2 months and then went MIA?

Who is drafting the agreement? Can the agreement be used legally to charge the conman in court?

Will there be any guarantor for the conman? Meaning if conman run away, the guarantor have to pay.
