About number 1, are you using same device to search for the price of flight?? this is what my friend told me...

Reason why there has high different because same IP address, they are actually knowing that you are most likely to book their flight due to you searching two times, therefore, the price will be slightly increase.

My friend advice me that you may check the price in one device (phone or laptop), after checked, you can use another device to make a booking if you interested

Based on my understanding, if you didn't print out boarding pass, you also can check in through the counter and the staff will print out a ticket for you.

The ticket allow you access to the gate and wait for the flight

Normally Matta fair most likely offer for package, but not only air ticket right??
