Yorke, who is known for his womanising, has been linked with a string of glamorous women, including glamour girl Alicia Duvall and Coronation Street star Tracy Shaw. In 1999 he and footballer Andy Cole had a three-in-a-bed sex romp with 18-year-old Nikki Kilroy after a European Cup victory against Inter Milan.

4 Dwight Yorke: The subject of many a fine News of the World sex sting. How can we forget the Nikki Kilroy/Andy Cole threesome in 1999 ('Andy got hold of my legs and Dwight grabbed my arms. They hauled me upstairs...')? Now enjoying an on-off romance with stunna Jordan.

Fergie - Owen feeling good

QUOTE
Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has soothed fears over Owen Hargreaves' long-term fitness.

Hargreaves is currently undergoing his rehabilitation after surgery on both of his knees to fix a long-standing problem.

The England international originally had an operation last autumn after making just three appearances for United during the early weeks of the season.

He subsequently underwent a second bout of surgery in January and is now back at United's Carrington training ground to continue his recovery.

However, there have been reports that the most recent operation has not been a complete success and it had placed a question mark over Hargreaves being fit for the start of the next campaign.

Ferguson has moved to quash the rumours and believes the 28-year-old is on course to be back in the Premier League leaders' plans over the summer.

The United chief said in the Daily Mail: "His operations have gone perfectly well, he's feeling good."

Berbatov backing United

QUOTE
Dimitar Berbatov is confident Manchester United will recover from their recent wobble and get back to winning ways in the Premier League.

Back-to-back defeats at the hands of Liverpool and Fulham have allowed the Anfield outfit to close to within one point at the top of the table, although the Red Devils still have the benefit of a game in hand.

Bulgaria striker Berbatov, who was forced to miss his country's draw with the Republic of Ireland at the weekend with an ankle injury, has admitted that the international break has not come at an ideal time.

But he has every confidence Sir Alex Ferguson's side have the capacity to get back to winning ways when they tackle Aston Villa at Old Trafford on Sunday, live on Sky Sports 1 and HD1.

"We are a strong team and we all support each other," Berbatov told MUTV.

Faith

"We know how to react after defeats.

"International breaks are sometimes difficult, because you have two games and you come back and can be a little bit tired; then you have a game immediately after that.

"But that's our job - there's no need to complain."

He added: "Everything is possible. If you believe and have faith, and you really want it, it can happen.

"We need to believe in our quality and our ability. I think the gaffer will know the right encouragement to give us to prepare for the games we have. We will stay strong to the end."

The vast majority of the United squad are well versed in claiming silverware and Berbatov, who was not involved in last month's Carling Cup success, is keen for a share of the glory.

He said: "I told the boys in the dressing room, 'you have already won the Champions League and Premier League'.

"The only one who hasn't is me. I really want to win those trophies so I can say to the other players 'I am one of you'."

I can name you a few players we have who are like that. Tevez, JS, Rooney.

PS I think Dwight Yorke has a son with Jordan. He was born mentally challenged, I think.

QUOTE(corez @ Apr 2 2009, 02:24 PM)
To me best 11 means nothing if these players cannot work together as a unit. Case in hand the England team for the past 4-5 tournaments.

My take on United best 11.

Schmeichel
Gary Stam Vidic Irwin
Beckham Scholes Keano Giggsy
Cole Yorke

I have to take out some big names like Ronaldo, Rio & Ruud for isntance.

The midfield is the best to me by far, Beckham supplying the crosses and Giggs with his trickery and runs on the other end.

All these players would die for each other.

Ruud has to go out since to me the Yorke and Cole partnership is one of the best. These 2 fella are best friends and even had a 3some together laugh.gif

Irwin instead of Evra because he regularly gets the goals and also our penalty taker.

Gary because of his partnership with Beckham on the right wing.

Stam before Rio because I have more faith in him and Rio scores more OG than him tongue.gif

got to agree with your line up

Cole-Yorke. Which partnership is more understanding each other than this 2 fellas? When Cole shoot and get block by keeper or defenders, the next thing you will see another Cole appeared and just tab it in...that's Yorke! and vice versa

Ruud only good as lone striker while Cantona-Ole were not scoring much.

So still think Cole-Yorke is the best pairing that we ever had.

George Best was edged by Giggsy because Giggsy have a better personality.

Best has an aura of arrogance around him. Which is justified since he is better than Giggs.

However when thinking about the team itself this is not good.

Watched a movie about Best and it seems that there was a period when the team took a dislike for him. (It was led by Bobby Charlton itself. They would not pass to him during the game.

Giggs almost fell into the trap. (The infamous visit by SAF to a party hosted by a M Utd player. Forgot who he was, lazy to google. Teenager Giggs was there) Good thing that he sort out this behaviour and became a pro model to the rest of the team now.

If Rio can't make it this Sunday, it will be Gary - O'Shea - Evans - Evra. Tevez and Park will be travelling far. Park probably won't start. No choice but to start Tevez.

It was Lee Sharpe. He was supposed to be the best left winger in England, and we all know what happened next...........sitting next to Shebby Singh on ESPN.

Tevez: I love United and don't want to leave
QUOTE
Carlos Tevez has admitted he does not want to play for anyone else other than Manchester United.

Carlos Tevez: Two-year loan deal will end at close of 2008-9 season.

The Argentina star is on loan deal with the Old Trafford outfit that is due to expire in the summer and so far there has been no agreement reached for Tevez to stay on, with United officials believed to be baulking at a £30m transfer 'fee' to gain the player's services outright.

Real Madrid are believed to be monitoring the situation closely, while a host of other top continental clubs would be ready to step in if Tevez indicated he had no future with the Red Devils.

absolute glory ftw
no point prioritizing when we are so close in all competition now....prioritization might end up trophyless too who knows? so best to take each game as they come
