i can see my fren nokia can get 3 or 4 bars where as i can manage only to get 1 or 2 bar for my omnia..

i dunno about services at Summit, never been before..
but Federal also quite good..
last time they asked me to wait within 2 hours to replace my touch panel..

Im currently install PointUI after boring already with SPB Mobile Shell..i very like the interface of pointui..but i notice Pointui a little bit slow...very susah to reply message..it also always hang when i finish tranfering data using usb cable..anyone of u that using pointui had the same problem with me?maybe i want to go back to SPB..

facing same problem as well. using that pointui. sometimes hang. not sure how to improve that either.. still looking for a better solution. i prefer inteface of pointui compared to spb.

I found the same problem with pointui, although it has been improved somewhat with the latest version.

The speed lag is due the applet you load (the default today is the worst in my experience). So take care of the loaded applet, make sure that the one you have is a polished version then the speed improve to an acceptable level.

Currently I'm with spb ms3 and still trying out all the imarche skins.

what version are u guys using? I downloaded Point Home 2 (latest) and the resolution doesnt fit my i780 (320X320) and it hangs whenever I charge the phone or transfer data via USB..hence I changed to Point UI 1.5 but the same problem exist but it fits better this time.

Just loaded SPB 3.0 and I love this much than Point UI 1.5, at least it seems more stable and the entire phone is SPBed except when using the apps ...

Any good finger keyboard software for i780????

How to upgrade rom with Win Vista 64 bits??

I downloaded the two files. But yet, when I click the upgrade file, it ask me to install Windows Mobile Device first... what should i do?

Install Windoes Mobile Device center 1st. Then connect your omnia until the Mobile device center states that your device is connected. Then launch the upgrade file and follow the on-screen steps.

Just upgraded using Vista yesterday to the latest firmware. Sweetness

i found omnia theme is a joke, the widget toolbar is utterly useless. mayb some might like it but definitely not me.
tried a few launchers and end up with spb shell 3. its neat, stable & fast. but for those who prefer flashy & catchy UI, they might find spb shell abit boring...

Hmm... weird.... Is it the latest version of Windows Mobile Device Center?

Initially I had a problem launching the upgrader. It paused like forever after i clicked "verify device". Closed it and restarted the upgrader and everything was OK

yeap, latest. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it. The problem still persist.

Is it because my window vista is 64 bits instead of 32?

just upgrade my omnia to custom rom...i install Sinan i900 DXID1 UltraClean WM6.1, Storage: 180~ mb Ram:69~ mb..now my omnia laju gile beb..hehe
