been using it for 2 wks I haven't found the back button. Tapping x will do.

Also have ordered IS, counting the days till it arrive. The operation to be conducted during weekends (less call hopefully).

just got my phone on zagg, last nite. My omna spend nearly an hour in the sugical. Look thoroughly ugly last nite, thought that I waste good money on zagg is.

Today after switching on the phone it look a bit better, the phone still usable although been sprayed, splashed during the surgery. Hopefully the skin do what it does, as last nite surgery is not something that I want to repeat again.

from modaco, some ppl have find that application install in my storage are slower then one installed in good memory cards. So better install app in memory cards and leave my storage for application.

fastest = my device/main memory
2nd = good memory card
3rd = my storage

so for essential application that need fast response install in main memory. For other application install in memory card and for data save in my storage

For free dict. try this one: http://www.clickivo.com/?hl=en&pl=mwin

I choose oxford because i need to use the thesaurus, but for simple english-english clikivo is good enough.

I'm looking a casing that can store stylus thats available locally. Have visited many shops cannot find.

I also try to make most application thumb friendly (use thumb calendar/finger keyboard/Home2) but find few application still need to use stylus, so cannot leave it behind.

After trying so many app, now I have a problem:
The storage in main memory only have 2.66MB free, whilst after uninstalling many items the Program have 45.73 free.

My storage and SD card have ample space, although I put nearly every application there.

Any solutions? Apart from hard reset? I'm waiting for offical ROM upgrade if there are any insight.

Thanx for the Xtra guide, consistently got a lock under 2 minutes yesterday, and I just notice the expiry date.

back to my storage question. Now I start getting notification of low storage memory. Dunno what to delete already, even uninstalling programs only increase the program memory with little increase in storage memory.

I tried using memaid to clear out temps etc. At most can get 1 Mb but it does not show increase in memory storyage sad.gif

Have been googling and searching various forums, try doable solutions. no success yet. I'[m on latest official ROM DXIA5/DZIA5.

Look at verious ROM too, but I've set up my phone as I like it and very reluctant to redo again.

>>With your installations, I don't see that they will occupy too much ROM.
Did you have any other files, like document saved from MSoffice, Photos taken from Camera or Call Recordings, in your Main Memory?
Can you check, with your File Explorer, in \My Documents\(sub Folders)?>>>

Yes that what I made to understand. Upon checking inside mydocuments folder:
MyMusic - Empty
MyPictures - only Samsung wallpapers
Myringtones - empty
MySavegames - Bejeweld/sudoku three files of 15k each
MyVideos - empty
Personal - empty
RSSReader -Empty
DCIM - Empty (I think this is where photos go, but I have reroute them to MyStorage)
SleepSounds - 4 files from 92k-36k (insignificant)

Any hidden files that I don't know of? The one in temp/cache I routinely delete

>>>I'm wondering, how did you get the SBP MS3 installed in "My Storage"?
When I installed it last time, I did not get a choice for where to install. It just goes into the Main Memory.>>>

You get that option with SBP MS3 3.01 and it has been working fine since.

Do you connect to Inernet alot?
Did you already also "reroute" your Temporary Internet Files from your device?

To see hidden files, checked the Show All Files from the Menu of your File Explorer.

I don't connect a lot but I have change mine according to
http://danbeahm.blogspot.com/2009/03/move-...my-storage.html

As for hidden files the biggest one is PIM at 1.4 M (is this under storage?)

No, don't move that, that's your contact.
Anything which are not in "My Storage" or "Storage Card" are under your Main Memory.

BTW, how much of free space have you got now, in Storage and Program?
And which firmware are you on now?
