maybe some senior members of this forum macam alanyuppie and ubi1kelubi could be part of the team. others like tsohtan, augustinetan, fernfan, smile_lyn and nuwaira to name a few could play a part as well.

Make sure Phase 1-ers (especially with keys) are in the committee first , as phase 2 /3 guys like us not yet official residents yet.

in my personal opinion its not an issue. in fact this is also not official residents committee. its just a protem. Once CF issued then only we can do the official one. that also will take some time. furthermore by involving phase 2/3 buyers would carry some weight sikit. at least the dev or relevant authorities are aware that all buyers are aware of what is going on and that we r unite.
