Hi Alan,

The masterplan we got from MPS is the big plan with the details size and indications... for each and every room in the unit.

There is quite a lot of it actually.... our S&P just shows the basic front and side elevation with the top to bottom size and front to back size... but not in details for the rooms/bathroom/etc.

No need card. Park car outside, just walk in a flash a smile to the pak guard. But the distance from guardhouse to phase 2/3 is about 500m. Good exercise

We have to follow their rules and condition on renovation, ok fine.
then must paid for RM3k for deposit, fine..........

any one got install the sliding window at the wet kicthen. i plan to install but the problem out again that the management said that must be install at inside !!! How come ah...all the grill also will inside lah. but this property managemnet said that MUST install at inside because the grill is belong to next door !!!!!

Added on September 8, 2009, 3:32 pmdo anyone the W.C which is not attach with wall too? my both W.C toilet bowl is quite funny !!! its not against the wall ...i think this also cannot be detect again.

Anyone can tell me about the sliding door for wet kitchen that install inside or outside because once we are install the window the grill must remove out but the contractor said that if they remove then the grill cannot use again.

There are too much rules and condition to be follow, if they are really concern abt the standard,
why all the car porch are not standard, some are so slanting.

My unit at 1/5, the road narrow like a lorong belakang rumah..


Look at the break fence, I haven't move in ler..dunno the fence can 'stand' for how long..

so anyone can go in and walk to phase 2/3 now without being disallowed by the patrolling guard? ai so many bad review i'm fearing for the worse.....

today went to meet Mr.Kwa he said no cement wall up to ceiling height to divide living hall area and kitchen area ???? Really don't understand ?He said if u want do that u have to go to MPS to get approval if not MPS will summon U when MPS come to inspection (sport check)...But wood partition is allow ...

Sure ka? Why MPS need to issue the summon since you never inform or get an approval for your renovation inside your unit. We already got the CF and the renovation is not the major renovation and involved with the main structure. But my opinion better you get an advise from the professional on the type of wall for your partition since we have considered about the load of the partition wall. I think what is Mr. Kwa concerned is the partition wall load coz it stand alone with no support from below unit (if your unit is above level). Anything try to refer with the professional before you construt the partition wall.
