Hi all...
Lama tak join dlm discussion...tahniah kepada owner phase 1 sbb dah dapat CF....
Developer ni memang betul betul lintah darat mengalahkan along...
Mau pasang lampu rumah sendiri pun kena bayar deposit ke ?
RM3k pulak tu...bagi aku korang tak payah bayar satu sen pun kalau setakat nak pasang lampu tu, apa diorang boleh buat kalau kita tak bayar?? Tak payah layan sangat le rules yg gila macam ni...diorang cuma nak ambil kesempatan aje tu...
Lagi satu pasal extra access card tu...takkan kena bayar sampai RM200 ? Deposit RM100 tu utk apa..lain le kalau kad kita tak bayar...kad dah bayar RM100 buat apa nak bayar deposit lagi...???
Ni dah macam mengambil deposit secara haram ni...silap2 boleh dikenakan tindakan....
Aku cadangkan kita buat laporan kepada mana2 authority yg bertanggungjawab, juga dedahkan kerenah developer/mgmt ni kedalam akhbar biar diorang tahu semua owner bersatu dan tidak berdiam diri mengikut saja kerenah gila mereka...
Juga kalau boleh laporkan jugak kepada polis mungkin atas kesalahan mengambil deposit secara tidak sah ke atau apa2 saja...tak kisah le laporan tu laku atau tidak asalkan developer tahu kita juga sedang main kasar dengan diorang dan tidak berdiam diri...
Bangang punya developer/mgmt!!!!!

Satu lagi...selain daripada dihebahkan kpd media tindakan lain spt:
DAPATKAN CAMPURTANGAN ADUN/AHLI POLITIK, BUAT ADUAN KEPADA JABATAN KERAJAAN YG BERTANGGUNGJAWAB..

Kes yg rasanya patut di highlightkan ialah :
1) Deposit for renovation too high (RM3K)
2) Kerja bagaimana yg dimaksudkan sebagai "renovation".
3) Deposit for extra access card diambil secara tidak sah (dahla harga card pun sampai RM100. Biasanya access card RM50 shj.)

Waa...dah siap nanti (kalu belum siap pun ok jgk) boleh ke nak tumpang pegi tengok rumah awak? Saya punye rumah pun top level jugak, tapi phase 2 le..boleh buat sample nanti...(sebelum ni pun tak pernah masuk tgk rumah kat situ pun, takde access card)
divider antara dapur dgn living tu buat camner? Pintu dapur menghadap living ke atau menghadap tangga (sisi) ?

Setuju dgn cadangan kalau setakat nak pasang lampu, kitchen cabinet dan lain2 kat interior part tak payah bayar deposit RM3K tu..
Ttg meeting tu cuba la setkan date nanti kalu takde apa2 hal saya akan cuba joint..
Kepada Adi Azma, INBTWIN dan sesiapa owner phase 1 yg dah siap renovate atau pasang kitchen cabinet, divider dll tu kalau boleh mintak tempek le gambar kat sini...boleh juga kitorang yg phase 2/3 ni tengok rupa "dream house" ( hmm.gif hmm.gif ) bila dah dibikin tu....

Wah Alan, nampaknya takde sorang pun owner P1 kat sini yg bersedia utk kongsikan dgn kita gambar interior rumah diorang yang dah direnovate....mungkin ada sbb2 tertentu...atau tgh sibuk membeli belah peralatan rumah baru kot..... sad.gif

Is it possible P2 dah dapat kunci sebab kabel letrik pun belum pasang ? P3 dah ada kabel letrik ke? Kalau dah ada mungkin betul diorang dah dapat kunci...

Pasal tanah runtuh ni memang merisaukan betul...kat mana lokasi sebenarnya ni? Pagi tadi tengok TV3 cakap lokasi landslide tu kat taman Sierra...tak tau le pulak kalau dia salah sebut sebab tamn amansiara ni belum popular dikalangan org luar....tapi kalau bagi pembeli amansiara dan MPS memang popular le sebab developer dia yg sewel tu...

Harap2 jabatan2 bertanggungjawab buat sesuatu utk pastikan kawasan amansiara selamat diduduki...sekurang2nya lakukan pemeriksaan dan keluarkan memorandum atau pengesahan ttg tahap keselamatan kawasan kita....

Shaziman arah projek sekitar kawasan tanah runtuh dihenti

KUALA LUMPUR: Kementerian Kerjaraya mengarahkan satu kajian terperinci dilakukan bagi mengenal pasti punca sebenar kejadian cerun runtuh di Kilometer (Km) 12 Jalan Rawang-Selayang, dekat sini, awal pagi tadi.

Menterinya, Datuk Shaziman Abu Mansor turut mengarahkan aktiviti pembangunan di sekitar tempat kejadian dihentikan serta merta bagi mengelak risiko berlaku runtuhan susulan.

“Saya diberitahu terdapat kerja pembinaan (taman perumahan) di bahagian atas cerun. Saya meminta Majlis Perbandaran Selayang (MPS) mengarahkan pemaju terbabit menghentikan kerja mereka buat sementara waktu.

“Unit Jalan dan Cerun Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) diarah mengkaji sama ada aktiviti pembangunan itu menjadi punca kejadian ini atau disebabkan faktor lain yang berkaitan termasuk cuaca berikutan hujan lebat sejak petang semalam,” katanya kepada pemberita selepas meluangkan masa setengah jam meninjau lokasi kejadian pagi tadi.

Taklimat kejadian dan kerja pembersihan laluan kepada Shaziman disampaikan Ketua Pengarah JKR, Datuk Mohamed Hussin.

Hadir sama, Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (Adun) Taman Templer, Datuk Subahan Kamal dan Timbalan Ketua Polis Daerah Gombak, Superintendan Rosli Hassan.

Dalam kejadian jam 2.45 pagi tadi, cerun setinggi 200 meter runtuh hingga menghalang tiga dari empat lorong di lokasi berkenaan.

Kejadian dipercayai berpunca akibat tanah tidak stabil berikutan hujan lebat yang turun beberapa hari lalu.

Ia menyebabkan laluan itu terpaksa ditutup kepada semua lalu lintas mengakibatkan kesesakan teruk di kawasan sekitar termasuk Jalan Kuching.

Shaziman, bagaimanapun, berkata masih terlalu awal untuk menyatakan syarikat pemaju di kawasan pembinaan berhampiran bertanggung jawab terhadap kejadian itu.

“Kita hanya akan tahu mengenainya selepas kajian selesai di jalankan. Saya sudah mengarahkan agensi berkaitan menyemak maklumat dengan pejabat daerah berhubung perkara itu,” katanya.

Mengulas lanjut, Shaziman berkata tumpuan utama sekarang untuk membuka semula laluan berkenaan yang dikenal pasti sebagai laluan utama penduduk sekitar.

“Difahamkan 80,000 pengguna menggunakan laluan ini sehari. Penutupan jalan ini sedikit sebanyak menjejaskan mereka.

“Kita berusaha sebaik mungkin untuk menyiapkan kerja pembersihan dengan kehadiran jentera tambahan daripada JKR dan kontraktor swasta,” katanya.

Shaziman berkata, mengikut perancangan laluan akan dibuka semula menjelang 7 pagi hari ini, bagaimanapun ia bergantung kepada keadaan cuaca.

“Jika hujan lebat berterusan hari ini hingga mengundang risiko runtuhan susulan, akan kemungkinan laluan akan terus ditutup,” katanya.

Wah nampaknya nanti semua P2 akan dapat surat la kan? Sebab biasanya CF akan keluar utk semua rumah dlm phase 2 sekaligus kan?
Ataupun dev bagi VP letter tu kat owner yg tarikh SNP dah nak hampir tamat saja batch by batch ke ?
Ishe, ada tak dev attach sekali dgn surat tu prove of submission borang E ke MPS ?
