If you enter aman siara through main guard house you will see 1 unit or our right which u can refer to sell your house.

Hi, all member...

I'm new here & the owner for unit 15-4 Jln 1/7. Just collected my key today and have some inspection for my unit. My unit already installed the syabas meter and i was surprised that the meter has running but the water not yet supplied to the unit. What was i concern is how come the meter has been installed with the running number increased to 395m3? Is there any unit have problem same with me?

normally 1 layer coat unless u demand for 2 layer, of course will charge abit.

I think this is unfair for us to pay the deposit RM3k in order to install our unit with the lamp coz it is not consider as we do the renovation. Just to install the lamp which cost not more than RM1k we need to prepare another payment RM 3k first. Means that we have to prepare more money to make sure that we can lives in our unit. Anybody can give me some advise on this matter?

Does it mentioned in the warning letter what developer gonna do if we not pay? and What possible can they do?

Quotations for level 3 unit(not corner or end lot);

- Entrance door (3*7) = RM 252.00
- window (6*6.5) = RM 351.00
- window (2*4) 2units = RM 144.00
- bathroom (1.5*3) 2units = RM 81.00

My friend just install the interior lamp without any hacking work to the wall. In the warning letter, they just instructed my friend to stop work and contact the management. They never mentioned that what should they do if we not paid the deposit. Currently, the lighting has been installed and my friend just avoid the warning letter.

Hi all, some good news...
We finally got waters!! rclxms.gif
But some houses' water will splash like waterfall when they open the main water...
The water's not so clean, but can use to wash ur house...
If u wanna use the water, don allow the water to flow to ur water tank first.
According to site ppl, the dirty water will clog the water tank.

hi....im Antoi from 11-4, jalan 1/7...Last 2 week installing lamps and fan and what i get is warning letter (stop order work). the details is :

SUBJECT : STOP WORK ORDER
-WE OBSERVED YOU HAVE VIOLATED THE RENOVATION GUIDELINES.
-NOT ADHERED TO INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE REPORT TO THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE OR CONTACT MR HWA H/P 0163715396

......Feel so funny that im not doing any renovation work..just installing the lightnings for my own house is considered renovations.!!...the guard also mentioned that they instructed to inform all amansiara's residents to pay rm3k before installing the lightnings...i also called my hwa to get some explanation about this but i'll get the same answered, installing lamps also consider renovations. !!!! what is this...???

u all can check your residents handbook..but no such clause or term and condition to say that u need to pay rm3k before installing such things...
.. only for renovations like hacking.Alteration or Demolation of any part of the structural walls is strictly prohibited.

Renovations : Deposit of rm 3k is to expensive. Get a feed back from a few constuction manager who doing renovation at a few house that deposit rm3k for renovation is to expensive. Most of big2 project in KL/Damansara only need to pay only rm 1k or rm500 for reno...

The water is in? ok..we can wash our "DREAM " house..

im already argue wit this man.
he still give the same answer,even he know we re right.
but what we can do wit this most stupid n greedy devloper.
so conclusion is no matter u right or not,they still have the most right what ever they do.
but when we claim LAD buat2 tak tahu saja.

feel like we re being cheated by penjenayah kolar putih.
i think we have prolong this case to authority..

this developer very the hampeh...kalau tak ikut order and intruction dari dia ...laju je hantar surat warning....but our LAD although dalam surat already stated they need to reply within certain days...buat donno jerk...tensen aku!

Lama tak join dlm discussion...tahniah kepada owner phase 1 sbb dah dapat CF....
Developer ni memang betul betul lintah darat mengalahkan along...
Mau pasang lampu rumah sendiri pun kena bayar deposit ke ?
RM3k pulak tu...bagi aku korang tak payah bayar satu sen pun kalau setakat nak pasang lampu tu, apa diorang boleh buat kalau kita tak bayar?? Tak payah layan sangat le rules yg gila macam ni...diorang cuma nak ambil kesempatan aje tu...
Lagi satu pasal extra access card tu...takkan kena bayar sampai RM200 ? Deposit RM100 tu utk apa..lain le kalau kad kita tak bayar...kad dah bayar RM100 buat apa nak bayar deposit lagi...???
Ni dah macam mengambil deposit secara haram ni...silap2 boleh dikenakan tindakan....
Aku cadangkan kita buat laporan kepada mana2 authority yg bertanggungjawab, juga dedahkan kerenah developer/mgmt ni kedalam akhbar biar diorang tahu semua owner bersatu dan tidak berdiam diri mengikut saja kerenah gila mereka...
Juga kalau boleh laporkan jugak kepada polis mungkin atas kesalahan mengambil deposit secara tidak sah ke atau apa2 saja...tak kisah le laporan tu laku atau tidak asalkan developer tahu kita juga sedang main kasar dengan diorang dan tidak berdiam diri...
Bangang punya developer/mgmt!!!!!

worst still, the mgt guy @ the site said, refund will only be done 3 weeks after renovation completed!!!

FRIENDS! SERIOUSLY, WHAT SHOULD WE DO NOW? SIT QUITELY AND DO NOTHING? I THINKS ENOUGH WILL ALL THE NICETIES... WE MUST FORCEFULLY PULL OUR ACT TOGETHER!

Yes i support call Media ..really tak than this developer ready ...return money need 3 week to process ??? not fair to us ? if this developer trusted is ok but this company goodwill so bad ready
