looks like the developer is buying time, how long they need to look into? i think it is useless to wait, they do not have to look into, they only need to compensate in accordance to snp clause, what is there to look into? you should go to tribunal to file for your claim, then they do not have the excuse to look into, either pay or not in court. if they dispute, they have to furnish their calculation in front of judge, if judge feels that they r rite, then will advise you the correct LAD amount, if judge feels they r wrong,  your claim is awarded immediately, no delay or 'look into' matter, what they need to LOOK INTO? if they claim you any payment, can you reply you need to look into? strictly no, you do not pay, they charge you interest, not deliver you key, but when come to situation they need to pay, they will only look into whether to pay or not....
