Call them, talk to a supervisor/manager, ask his name first, THEN only you taruh him. After you got his name, he cant slam the phone down on you. Threaten to fax in a formal B&W complain to his GM etc putting down his name and the all the girls who answered your phone and pass you around (for sure they will pass yo to 101 person, ask ALL their names).

yeah.. same as mine as well, can unlock, but cant lock back, which doesnt matter much and even more convenience.

How to unlock it? Pressing horizontally or vertically up or down? Does the unlock give any signal/sounds etc? Is the unlock mode distinguishable from the locked ?

the silver color bar i think adjust/moving a bit up or down and frequenly press the button at middle to try the 'luck'

Don't want to go back to Dell cause they are not good in gaming and suffer from ghosting on certain color's background.

Erm... I can't find any information about it as well. But as far as I know, it is from LG.

But it is superior compared to TN panels, in term of viewing angle and color reproduction.

I don't know about E248WFP but I have a E228WFP before, color is not as good as ex-2409w and the backlight bleed is pretty bad. I really hope this doesn't apply to its big brother E248WFP.

for me, i like s2409w very much...the backlight bleed not bad at all...pretty minimal...ehee

nahh.. im thinking of buying it but, since i know u r fighting for it. so, i take a back off (lol.. like so true huh!....) i use this LCD before, very good LCD. congrats..
