nope, that means discount rm390 = rm520-rm390
BUT,  the prices there already included the cash rebate, its just a marketing gimmick
*
i think 520- 390 is not possible.... unsure.gif

QUOTE(Skylinestar @ May 15 2009, 10:25 PM)
dell instant cash redemption is marketing gimmick
eg:
RM1000 <----this is what u pay for
(price after RM500 instant cash redemption)
(original price RM1500)
FYI, that item was never priced at RM1500 before and will never be.
*
so the original price must add the instant cash redemption price..?
520+390 tha is so terrible price !! unsure.gif

--------------------------------------
i tried on website , add 1 item to cart,
we only can see he 'actual' price in the cart,
yes it is 520+390, that mean original price is 910....
the original prie is ultra extreme expenisive, dey put a high price, then said give cash redemption, something like showing dey r so kind.... but actually not..

can anyone recommend me a 20" wide monitor? budget around 400+
*
around? may be acer P205H, around Rm420.
if yo budget is below RM500, more option to choose, like as samsung 2033SW, HP W2007..

Yeah lah... very hard to find other brand... order from them? Susah lah...
I'm actually using 22" now and moving to 24 for 2 reasons:

1. 16:9 ratio for my PS3... kinda tired with the stretch ration.

Will sell off my 22" once I get my 24".

? u mean wat u see in screen become 'fat'?

A display has three options on how to handle non-native AR.

  • "stretch-to-fit" will distort the AR in order to not leave any black bars.

  • "scale-to-fit" will maintain the AR but scales to the maximum physical height or width leaving black bars where it doesn't fit, and

  • "1:1" will not scale or stretch and is likely to have black bars all around the visible picture if the new resolution is smaller than the native resolution.

I do not know, but I would expect that they can, by scaling the picture to fit. The only problem is the screen resolution, which might not be allowed, unless enabled via virtual desktop.

"scale-to-fit" is that the one at right hand side at my attachment?

these option seeting by button on LCD or software?
