I do not trust any words from VShub, I used another service and my item has arrived today, it only took them 14days to send my item, no trouble with the Indonesian Custom like VSHUb has claimed before. Before receiving my item from this another service, I just believed VSHub's reason about this custom clearance problem, but now I dont. If another service can send the package in 14days, why VShub need more than 1month to send my package? They said that my package will arrive at 7th of December 2011 and now is already 10th of January 2012? I wonder what have they done to my pakage??

VsHub gave a refund on my next shipping for the amount being overcharged.
Lets see how it goes on future shipping service before i get all excited about it and forget about what i ranted earlier. I really hope that the problems i had earlier was just some minor technical error and hope for a better service as i am finally able to buy anything from the US without any seller's restriction anymore. (i know there are other companies but i have also read similar reviews on all companies good and bad. So i just want to stick to one company and work something out if possible. Vshub, if you are reading this, thank you for the refund and please improve so we can all benefit from it. P/S: almost gave up the first time but decided to give it another try and hope its worth it. my first shipment (HP000520) arrived safely... exactly same as the given ETA date. (2 weeks after payment)
i thought i feel a little satisfied about the service given, all packaging seems really neat. but you let me dissapoint again, 2nd shipment (HP000561) take more than a month, from 8 december 2011 and until now, 16 January 2012, i don't know where is my packages hello please fix it soon. hendra gunawan HD002077 |

Very very very impressed with their service for this past one week.
1. Problem i complained was solved 2. Another Shipping problem was also solved before i made a complain 3. Refunded overcharged amount for shipping 4. Called twice and both calls were picked up with just one call 5. Item status was updated in detail by a friendly girl who picks up the call 6. Efficient system date 7. My next batch item is also already in Malaysia on time 8. Both enquiries and invoice @vshub.com is efficient 9. In fact i got a call from them regarding my item status (instead of me calling asking) In other words, this is like totally dealing with a different company compared to the last time. The girl who picks up the call is very very friendly and helpful in answering my questions and solved my problems. I didn't get her name but it seems that she's the only one that has been answering the call since the first time i called them up last month. Now i hope service stays this way and i can recommend more people to use vshub service. In other words, service is the opposite from the negative feedback i gave on previous posting here. but for 2nd shipment, you let me dissapointed again i did transfer money for shipment fee from 8 december 2011. and it said that you dispatched the packages to indonesia but until yesterday 16 january 2011 i havent got my packages. and i emailed you but you suspend my account? why? you trying to take my packages and my money? i bet that you said paypal contact you for fraud thing. well, i have all proof that i bought everything using my paypal! you want to scam me? PLEASE DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THAT VSHUB TRYING TO SAY IF THEY DONT BRING ME MY PACKAGES!!!!!! your indonesian employee must be steal my packages and you suspend my account because you have lost my packages!!! total about 700 USD ++ (including money i sent them for shipping fee) i was trying to contact number that written in 1st packages you sent me. but it reached MOTOROLA OFFICE in jakarta, not VSHUB!!!!!!! what kind of company that wrote another office phone number as their number???? will report this to indonesian police and Bank Central Asia to close your bank account.!!! thanks to scam me YOU SCAM SHIT! i'm quite excited with the vshub service actually... still noob here.. so what happen was, i tried the service for the first time last week and bought something (by my own) from Amazon and addressed it to my vshub suite at knoxville. From Amazon website stated that the package (well 3 of them) arrived on 19th Jan 2012 but still no email from vshub.
Or should i wait for another day, maybe they'll update my account.. i'm worried.. read a lot of bad review here, hopefully i'm not gonna be one of unlucky customer of vshub. Halle Helmie HM011519 |

LOL i've sent them email, and get reply about why this takes long time, one of the reason is my packet being detained in the Indonesia customs ok good explanation, last email i got information "had just arrived at our Indonesian warehouse. We will arrange for it to be delivered to your doorstep" my question : why i dont get tracking number till now? i can't follow proggress of my packet, they just write "dispatched to Indonesia" i'm still waiting my packet, and all of this make me frustated!! thanks update : no reply yesterday they said will arrange my packet soon, but im waiting today, there is still nothing!! i gave up to this scam company.
they even made too many noobs to give positive feedbacks here. lol tried to reach phone number written, and search the address written on my 1st package. what kind of company that put another office phone (motorola official phone, indonesia) and fake address written on package as their phone and address? they give 1st service for you to test, and you feel comfortable, they stole your biggest package and your money just contact indonesian police office, just found 2 same cases, lost their packages, and each of them suffer 4million rupiah (about 500 USD) for shipment. guess what, even vshub told will return packages, they still ask for money before it, and 2 victims that i told you, didn't get any refund i hope Allah bless you with all of your job. |

You don't have to explain the same thing twice. Or you think we don't get it the first time because we are 'noob'. Sorry expert, you should've did your study first before using their service as i found out that Indonesia shipment seems to be a problem.
And put religion out of this. No need to use any gods name. If they are wrong, they will get it. And if they are not, you just added dosa to yourself for no reason. I'm not saying they are all that good as i got an item not updated in the system at the moment but i always end up getting a call from them asking if i want to proceed with whatever items that is already with them first and reimburse for anything if the fault is from their side. Just be patient and email them nicely and you'll be surprise how quickly they respond and attend to your emails. Owh well, i better stop before i get another 'noob' stamped on my forehead. I just want to share my horrible experience with vshub Indonesia that makes me really furious! My package has arrived at vshub garage is US since 6th Feb, I waited for more than a week from them to update the status in my account but nothing happened. So i sent an email to them about it and their reply was just "please be patient, we will check with vshub usa regarding your item" It's 1 month after my package arrived at their garage and still no news from them! i just don't understand what kind of bussiness they are running? They only reply your email if you send them an email, if you're quiet then they will be quiet too like a ghost! they don't care if customers is losing so much money with them. their explanations was only saying that they haven't receive my package from UPS. AFTER 1 MONTH OF EMAILING AND QUESTIONING THEY SAID THEY HAVEN'TRECEIVEMY PACKAGE Clearly UPS report said it's been delivered on 6th Feb. Now they are trying to blame on UPS for their mess! They are very NOT PROFESSIONAL at all let me tell you all!! They are a bit pricey but they are very reliable, with vshub it's cheaper but it cost me more money probably 5x more, my time to contact them, my energy to deal and be patient with them and i get nothing! There is not enough words to describe how terrible is VSHUB! They shouldn't do this business and risking people's money, that's CRIME! |
