i try using vsHUB service,
but make me feel bad..
i've sent payment, but they update very slowly @_@
cmon.. if you wanna get more customer please reply and update account more faster!

worried this is will take a long time, i see many negative feedback about vshub.

till now i dont get the tracking number,
i even dont know they have dispatched my packet..
really worried my packet will deliver on time!

And i even received a batch of shipment in the same business week (i did not pay for the expedite shipping) but they were nice enough to inform me saying 3/4 of my items from that batch has arrived and asked me if i would like to ship them out first. And they will ship the remaining items when it arrives. Reason is they split the items in such a way to save shipping cost and clear the customs.

Be patient, and i hope your experience with them is as good as mine. If you have any issues, try calling them and talk nicely. My experience calling them is really not as how some people describe about them. everything was solved without an arguement.  cool2.gif

yeah you are a lucky costumer,
i dont get my packet till now, monday is CNY holiday..
thats if i dont get the packet today, i will get it Thursday or maybe next week.. LOL

i've sent them email,
and get reply about why this takes long time, one of the reason is my packet being detained in the Indonesia customs
ok good explanation,

last email i got information "had just arrived at our Indonesian warehouse. We will arrange for it to be delivered to your doorstep"

my question :
why i dont get tracking number till now? i can't follow proggress of my packet, they just write "dispatched to Indonesia"

i'm still waiting my packet,
and all of this make me frustated!!

yesterday they said will arrange my packet soon,
but im waiting today, there is still nothing!!

almost gave up too using vsHUB, but finally i received my packet (although delay over 1 week. ETA 19-01-2012, i received today) please improve your service, i think you can do it flex.gif
