Thank you for your feedback. I understand that the Finance team has refunded you for the missing items. We have since reviewed our procedures to prevent incidents such as this from happening again in the future. Thank you for the feedback. We apologise for the long delay as we had an influx of orders due to christmas season and most of the courier companies had to stop operations due to the bad weather.
