I just checked again today and the items are already on their way to Malaysia. I hope the delivery will be a success or this will be the first and the last of me using vsHub.

Though it takes some effort and pushes, they actually responded and did something about it. But it did give me the scare so I'm not so sure whether I'll be returning. Though it'll be a loss because the prices are a lot cheaper. *sigh*

iPay88 claimed that it is a problem with M2U and IE8. We apologise for the technical system glitch at that point in time.
It should work now. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

At the moment we can only process the following credit cards with 3D secure feature:

You can pay through Ipay from your account to Public Bank or you can email directly to customer service for the account no. Normally you will receive your parcel 6-8 days once your payment is completed. We have checked your items and they are with Nationwide. Hopefully it will be arriving at your doorstep any moment soon.

Hi Nicole we are definitely a legit company and after checking with our customer service we believed that you have used another persons credit card in our transaction and we needed to verify that such cases are genuine because we have many fraud cases and we would like to prevent such cases from happening again. Our customer Service had emailed you on 19/8/2011 and sent the tracking number to you. It normally takes 6 to 8 working days for Standard Shipping after your payment is cleared by the bank Please note working days excluding public holidays and weekends. We hope you will be receiving your parcel soon.

Normally it is updated after 72 working hours but we do apologise for the late update due to the Raya break. There is a back log of item clearance at Malaysian customs and it is updated after it is cleared. Please be assured that our staff is doing all they can to expedite the process. Once cleared, you will receive a tracking code and your parcel should be delivered to you by end of this week.

4) Include more detailed payment option such as only 3-D security card is accepted by iPay88.
5) More accurate ETA because item are usually takes more than 8 days for standard shipping.
6) Some links in the website are dead "link cannot be found".

1) Since we are an online business, we do receive a fair bit of emails and facebook enquries and we do our best to answer them immediately during office hours but at times we do need more than 24 hours to reply them as we need to do some checking to ensure we give accurate answers to our clients.
2) We do update invoice and item status immediately but we do need a bit more time if there is a surge in orders.
3) At the moment tracking code is only available after the item is sent out from MY office.
4) We are working on 3-D security with ipay88.
5) We wished we could have accurate ETA for every single transaction but unfortunately at times there are factors beyond our control.
6) We will investigate on the links.

I hope they can be professional, if there's no news they should've update thei customer no matter what, at least to keep up their reputation and image, customer won't be so mad and can be a bit more patient in dealing with them.
But sorry the truth is they are really suck  mad.gif

Friends, don't ever use vshub, here is my review about them,
1. No information or whatsoever regarding my package if it's delay or missing or whatever
2. No solution
3. I asked for their phone number they never give, and they never tell you why they never give they just skip my questions like i never asked
4. No resposibility taken for their mess, worse than ameteur!
5. Unorganized, how could they lose a package, a big box carton at their doorstep!
6. Take a long time to reply an email
7. There is no other way for customer to contact them other than email, clearly unprofessional

i'm trying to find at least 1 positive thing about vshub, NOTHING.

As you can see the problem is not with DHL, not with customs, not with anyone.
They already make a mistake before i even order a shipment to here!

I'm pretty sure they don't really care about their reputation as well.
If they do care they wouldn't act this way.
An ametur can do a better job than them.

Using vshub is my biggest regret!!
But then Thank God i only send 1 item with them, my very first shipment.
I didn't use vshub anymore after i didn't hear about my package nor email from them after 1 week my package arrived.
I decided to use comgateway and believe it or not they very very very proffesional.
I've been using comgateway for the 4 weeks ever since, they are reliable, i've sent 4 packages with them and i received them all within time.
They are a bit pricey but they are very reliable, with vshub it's cheaper but it cost me more money probably 5x more, my time to contact them, my energy to deal and be patient with them and i get nothing!

There is not enough words to describe how terrible is VSHUB!
They shouldn't do this business and risking people's money, that's CRIME!

Our delivery services are 60% cheaper than main couriers like Fedex or DHL and 40% cheaper than postal services abroad. That’s half the shipping fees saved!


...oh yes, blatantly advertised on Vshub's website...but hey here's the reality:

an online store offered to ship my items directly to singapore for less than USD50, but thinking of consolidating them with some other items using vshub to reduce shipping, i told the store to ship them to vshub instead. well guess what,  vshub is now charging me SGD109 solely for the shipping of the exact same items.  i thought Vshub are in the business of consolidating items for customers and thus reducing the shipping, and NOT increasing it? no?  hmm.gif Oh they dont even show how they obtained the volumetric weight figure used to calculate the shipping.

.. and that is just a small part of my stuff at their US warehouse now.. so imagine having all of them shipped.. RM3k perhaps?

so yes im giving up the stuff i have with them, around RM1.5k's worth of stuff i reckon, rather than paying that unjustified shipping fee.

guys, AVOID vshub like the plague!

by the way, i noticed that they kept deleting those negative comments on their FB's wall, while keeping the positive ones.. haha  notworthy.gif
