Just received my parcel from vsHub today and I decided to share my personal experience to you ladies here.
All my items are arrived to my place safe and in good condition. Of course after couple of frustrating e-mails to get them update my item status in US and MY office. And they normally takes a day to reply your e-mail, which is pretty bad in my opinion.
My parcel takes 2 extra days to reach in MY branch than expected ETA of 6-8 days and one more day for Nationwide Express to deliver the parcel, for me it is still fine since it is not more than a week.
Other than that, the good thing about vsHub is they uses shrink wrap to pack your parcel as well as clear custom on your behalf.

Here are some suggestion I wanted to point out to vsHub:
1) Improve your customer service, e-mails and facebook replies are very slow and sometime has no reply at all.
2) Update invoice and item status as soon as the item reaches US warehouse.
3) Include more detailed information to your website such as Tracking Code is only available after item reaches in MY office.
4) Include more detailed payment option such as only 3-D security card is accepted by iPay88.
5) More accurate ETA because item are usually takes more than 8 days for standard shipping.
6) Some links in the website are dead "link cannot be found".
We are glad you have received your items safe and in good condition.

1) Since we are an online business, we do receive a fair bit of emails and facebook enquries and we do our best to answer them immediately during office hours but at times we do need more than 24 hours to reply them as we need to do some checking to ensure we give accurate answers to our clients.
2) We do update invoice and item status immediately but we do need a bit more time if there is a surge in orders.
3) At the moment tracking code is only available after the item is sent out from MY office.
4) We are working on 3-D security with ipay88.
5) We wished we could have accurate ETA for every single transaction but unfortunately at times there are factors beyond our control.
6) We will investigate on the links.
