i got many problems

- first - my packages are not shown in my account, and shown after i sent ton of emails with anger and frustation (3days) - solved with unsatisfied service.

- already transfer some amount of money, for shipping fee to my country, but my packages still not dispatched until now without any explanation (1 week,,, 1 bloody week)

- email responded slowly, and mostly didn't get any reply at all, EVEN I SENT THE IMPORTANT EMAIL!!!!!

- last problem until now : sent 5 new packages to my addresses, and only 2 that shown up. the last 3 with contain the more expensive from 2 packages that shown up... (about 500 dollars), still havent come up in my account (the tracking status show that packages already delivered 18 november) and guess what? now is 1 december. half a month!!!!!!!! where the hell 3 of my packages gone?
they said it already arrived, but they didn't really read my email, i said just one arrived, and next reply they explained that 2 arrived, so they said they will check the warehouse for last 3 items.... still not satisfied... almost half a month without any sign of my packages.

im already contact my brother in USA, if you didn't reply and give a solution about my packages, i will send any proof of shipment and notice the local authority in knoxville to open an investigation
and i will report your BCA account to be frozen as attempt of fraudulent.
i meant it, really smile.gif

because you didn't get me explanation and slowly reply and even sometime didn't reply at all and i take that as avoiding to fulfill customers rights after they paid and after they dont get their packages that belong to them..

you know, what is the difficulties of check off the name and suite number (its quite UNIQUE!!) and the packages still don't shown up?
and what is the difficulties of give an explanation about shipment?

because before this 3 packages, i received package from sas consulting that doesn't belong to me.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
I've deposited RM3675 to their Public Bank account yesterday 2pm as i need the stuff urgently (left one piece on the website)They are prompt in replying mails, saying the payment has been received.

BUT today 7:50pm, they still havent place an order yet, still wanna check out with US staffs. This is so unacceptable. their service is worse than those china websites. I hope vshub can take into consideration. Thank you.

I really appreciate it and right now waiting for the package to deliver to the US warehouse. Btw I'm not really sure about the delivery time. Anyways i will be using this service again in the future IF everything goes well.

Thank you Vshub! I tried your service twice and i would honestly say that you have a great service. Although i have to call many times in a day to ask about my items, my items arrived safely to me in 9 days. The process is 8 days from US to Vshub Head office in 8 days and 1 day to my place. It supposed to reach me in 10 days but you can ask your Nationwide tracking number from Vshub then you can call Nationwide customer service to deliver it to you ASAP if it reach their office. I have tried this 2 times and it works! Hopefully it will help you too.

Hi, you don't need US credit card or whatsoever. Vshub can be paid by Maybank or any local bank in Malaysia. you have to pay for shipping once your items reach US address given by Vshub, the fee is for shipping from US to Malaysia. I have used Vshub service and i got my items safely in 9 days. Hope this help!

please, please, instead to made something like that, you better improve the service, (at least try to do what you offer! like get the package in time, fast response customer service etc)

i use Vshub , 8 working days have passed, not yet get my parcel. i call them they say will reach me 2rmw, i shall wait and see, hope it really reach me.

at the same time i also use comgateway, arrive faster, only took 4 working days

i already bank the amount your want for shipping fee and for your unexplained activity i will report your bca account as attempt for fraudulent.

Hi Hendra & Theressia,
I think that we experience the same problem, my package still not arrive ( the ETA is on 7 Dec 2011) my emails weren't answered and my tracking number still not exist, very poor service rclxub.gif . This is my first time using vshub, I was interseted in using their service because they promise to send our package directly to our door step ( you know how bad the custom here in Indonesia). Have you got any good news from vshub? I just hope that my package will arrive soon cool.gif

Good customer service, fast reply & fast delivery. thumbup.gif
Hafta haf paypal account.

Will definitely use them again, & recomend to others.

Am looking for a 'middle man' that charge cheaper. Hopshopgo charge 10% for 'Buy For Me' & vshub is only 5%.
any other recommendation?

Received my item in exactly 8 working days so i'm happy with that part.

Unhappy part is that, i emailed them asking if they could repack my item(s) so that the shipping cost can be reduced by reducing the volumetric weight and they say they don't repack and send in sellers original packaging. So i proceed to pay with the shipping fee of more than double the actual weight because they say size is big so have to follow volumetric weight. I was very dissapointed when i received my item. Two separate set of items are thrown into one BIG box that did not even took half the box space! Luckily they are not fragile stuff so i don't mind that everything are thrown together.

From my experience (so far), they reply emails fast when it comes to stuff like arrival of items, shipping quotation, payment etc (things that benefits them) and reply is very slow when it comes to other matters. I have another item on the way to their facility and giving them another try. If it's still the same then this will be the last.

Tracking number is provided in my account in their website AFTER the item reach my doorstep! LOL!

I'm still waiting for some sort of rebate on my next shipment or a more specific calculation to the volumetric weight they are charging! Because after checking my item size and actual weight, the chargeable weight should be about the same. Felt cheated!

From my observation up till now, the service is sometimes very good (immediate response) and sometimes very bad where you have to remind them to update our account on the invoice sent. I've got an item that I immediately forward the invoice to them and the item is already packed, shipped and on it's way to their facility and the account still not updated in preparation to receive the item.

But when service is at it's best, reply is almost instant!

Anyways, who has had their complaints 'investigation' solved?

So all in all so far, i think they lack in employees to run this business smoothly which result in so many glitches in their operation. I'm still waiting for my investigation to be solved and not just wait input from my side. Hoping service can maintain at it's best so it'll be easier for me to buy more stuff from the US. Giving chances to VSHub as it may not be a problem to the whole operation team but maybe 1-2 useless employee not doing their job right.


Update : request for shipping invoice and got the invoice in less than 5mins. After payment is done, whole day also my item status is still at step 2/3 Awaiting Payment. And this time around, volumetric shipping weight is lighter than the previous batch eventhough more items are shipped this time. If the reason is because volumetric weight is calculated from merchants original packaging, i expect to receive the items in the original packaging. Either ways, this is my second last batch to deliver and will consolidate the last batch to be shipped together and will try out other companies if service maintains this way. Regarding my previous compaint, i have provided with all the necessary info and pics they requested and....??? Thats right, no response as again.

Love hate situation right now. Love that theres such company exist to make purchasing in the US more variety but hate that i'm getting stressed all the time having to keep track on emails/compaints/invoice sent to them.

Update : still nothing! I thought by requesting the invoice Thursday morning and immediately pay shipping cost the same morning. My item can be shipped out next week (i'm being reasonable here). But currently (friday night), after the payment has been made,account status is still 'awaiting payment' even after sending a copy of receipt by ipay88!! They shouldn't put request sent on weekends will be attended to on Monday but they should put request on any day will be attended to when we like! We will look into this matter, we will investigate, everything also we will but never do.

I too have tried using VSHUB and am getting really concern as my parcel had arrived on the 5th but was not updated in the system. Wrote email to VSHUV enquiries and for three days now there were no reply.......

My order no is 13586.

If VSHUB customer service sees this message, please check.
