After exceeding 5GB, you will be charged for additional usage until it is capped at RM138 then only it will be throttled.

It depends on the package...For rm58 use till 3gb then will be charged till rm138 (still at bb speed) and then after rm138 reached you will get throttled to normal speed...

QUOTE(yongkailoon @ Mar 30 2009, 05:51 PM) It is nice that DiGi's customer service called me to check on my report status. According to that staff, there were DiGi staffs that came in front of my house and test the connection as I reported to them that I am able to get only 380kbps on average. "Has the problem been resolved though? |

want to sign up for the RM58 package. I know the 4 days launch in OneUtama, they were giving the USB modem for RM15 x 12 months.
Anybody know where I can get the same offer now? Or is it now RM30 x 12 months for the modem? |

QUOTE(galvatron @ Mar 31 2009, 10:07 PM) All download/upload data will be calculated in the quota.QUOTE(suriah @ Mar 31 2009, 10:59 PM) so that mean total need to pay rm 58 + rm 138 = rm 196 ?? OR started from rm 58 until rm 138 ? any idea RM58 for the first 3GB, then they will start to charge you until your bill touches RM138 and it will stop there. Your bill will be at maximum RM138 but as soon as your bill touches RM138, you will be throttled.QUOTE(michaeltan1943 @ Mar 31 2009, 11:18 PM) want to sign up for the RM58 package. QUOTE(z3171600 @ Apr 1 2009, 12:32 AM) There's no contract but a RM300 advance payment is needed. Let's say you take the RM58 plan, you will be able to use DiGi Broadband for about 3-4 months since you already paid RM300 in advance and your monthly fees will be deducted from there. After that, just terminate it and pay the remaining balance for the modem and you're done. |
