DiGi added 1GB to my 10GB data transfer quota after a year subscribing to them. And they called me over the phone a couple of days earlier offering to upgrade my plan to 12GB for RM98 compared to 10+1GB for RM108.

My digi BB will disconnect when i want to login my game. I have to like reconnect for 10 times and it'll work. I just discuss the problem at D'chat and they will inform me about it in 24-48 hours. I don't think they care. Haha ! Any of you knows how to solve this problem?

This is really the right place for me to release my ANGER!!!!!!
DIGI...........SUCKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I signed up for Digi Broadband last year October, couldn't use it at all, made complaint 3 times at the digi centre, called their customer service, technical service, room service, whatever service you can named, even changed the modem, still didn't work. March this year i finally cancelled the service, not without a big fight with Digi. They want me to settle the bill first but i argued why should i pay for the service which i DIDN'T use? By right Digi should compensate me for all the inconvenience they have caused me! I needed the internet service while i was on the road for business!!!! I ended up looking for places with free wifi, what a nightmare! Then i have to take time off from work to visit the Digi centre in Time Square, spent on a lot on parking as well. Wasted time and money!!!!! I told them straight off I wouldn't pay, not because of the money, because of your fxxking lousy service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After a long argument finally they cancelled my broadband service. Ok, here comes the climax, 2 weeks after cancellation, i received calls from Digi debt collector saying i owed them RM200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ladies and gentleman, I am writing to consumer tribunal to complaint the hell out of Digi, and i will spend the rest of my life, whenever i am free or have the opportunity, to tell people about my extremely horrified experience with Digi. I will make use of all the social media available on planet Earth to tell the WORLD how poor a service and how unreasonable their people and policies are. And Yes, I wanted to do the same thing, I want to cancel ALL my Digi lines (now having 4 post paid line registered) and switch to Celcom. |

Hey, I found a pre-solution to those who cannot go to hosting or file sharing sites like megaupload or warez-bb.org! Just change your Prefered DNS to 8.8.8.8 and your alternate DNS to 8.8.4.4. Incidently, this info is not my own, I found it in this link - http://www.jayceooi.com/2011/06/16/how-to-...ck-in-malaysia/
Edit: Sorry, seems like there were someone else already given this info before me. This post has been edited by Paxrun: Jun 26 2011, 05:47 PM |

Try to perform continuous ping while you are on it.Open the Windows command prompt and execute the following command: ping <ip address> ip address needs to be an address of a web site on the internet (which allows ping, some web sites block ping responses). Why will this help: Wireless networks are designed to be shared among multiple users thus the resources will be distributed evenly. In the event that there are a lot of users who are connected at the same time, the will be a possibility that the network will reject existing customers who are already connected but on idle mode eg. reading web pages etc... Continuous ping will help maintain the connection and void your line from being in idle mode. However, do take note that Ping will eat up on your quota... |

QUOTE(adslgourou @ Jun 30 2011, 09:11 AM) Try to perform continuous ping while you are on it. This used to work when I was on celcom broadband previously. But now using DiGi Internet on my phone, the disconnection comes even though I am trying to access some sites.Let me find a ping tool for my android phone. |

Always disconnection problem is tower problem. continuous ping will not help. The best u can do with digi is point your modem antenna to another tower @ another cell id.
