Yes, you'll need to terminate via DiGi themselves, or they will still charge you every month until they finally terminate your line.

DiGi added 1GB to my 10GB data transfer quota after a year subscribing to them. And they called me over the phone a couple of days earlier offering to upgrade my plan to 12GB for RM98 compared to 10+1GB for RM108.
