I think you meant their dialer don't have the function. Try getting another dialer. Mobile partner

Tried my own phone sim card still the same, it was due to the platform/software problem as it doesn't has SMS feature there. It onyl can receive sms, but can't reply also.

I am on Digi Rm68 discover plan few months now and I just realized this. Say in May, my usage is 4GB, 1GB over the limited 3GB, this 1GB got carried over to June. Meaning in June, my BW used is already 1GB. Is everyone experiencing the same? As far as I know, once over the limit, speed is slowed down but it is never stated that this usage will be carried over... or have I missed it anywhere in the T&C?

you probably need to check on your bill cycle. The quota usage follows bill cycle, not calendar month.

I know ... today is the first day of my bill cycle, already 2GB used when i checked OCS. That's about the over used bw from last month or bill cycle. Anyone notice that their over used bw is brought forward to the next bill cycle?

It shouldn't carry over. I suggest you contact customer support to report the issue.

Yeah, I reported the issue. They will have their data specialist to check on it and will give me a ring supposedly yesterday (Monday 13.06.2011) after I complaint twice. But nothing... oh well, I am tired of chasing these telcos... had nightmares chasing TM and till today still haven't gotten any reply. I give up and will cancel Digi BB soon. Thanks everyone for your input.

Added on June 14, 2011, 9:57 pmLatest update. I have just received an SMS from Digi that they have reset my BW quota accordingly. I checked OCS and bw used now is 0.021GB. Fair enough. So guys, always check your quota on the start of a new billing cycle. Don't assumed.

Thanks Digi for keeping their promise that they will look into this problem.

Mine langsung cannot change. The Network and Settings part dont work. The Digi Internet Connect program disables all edit/delete function for the connection setting doh.gif
