get a piece of flat tile or something and roll a piece of sandpaper on it and then lap ur heatsink... material hardness doesn't matter cuz u will be lapping it till its 100% flat...

will it dmg my proc if i overdo the lapping? in my imagination,when we overdo it, we can the chipset.. o.0 i dont think so rite? |

just make sure u don't overdo it lor... u lap the cpu until the surface is copper enough adi...
