Can someone recommend any good and cheap landscaping contractor around Shah Alam area? Having a corner unit with around 1000 sq ft land for grass planting, tree planting and a small water feature at the corner...any recommendations as there are too many in Sg Buloh area that I don't know which to choose.
Thank you...

Recently I see a lot of weed-looking grass growing on my japanese grass, can someone tell me whether those are grown from Japanese grass or from other type of grass that I should remove?

If need to remove those grass, what can I do to remove them?

Once the weeds take root, the only effective way is manually remove them..

Gardena has something called the wedding trowel. It's basically a tool that does not require you to bend and also not dirty your hands (I know dirty hands and gardening sound like a paradox).

No idea if the local Gardena distributor (Glomedic) sells this here as I've not seen it here. Would be interested to know since I too would like to get a similar tool.

i guess one of the mistake people do is hiring those freelance grass cutting service.

their boot, machine etc all contaminated with seed from variety of weeds.

the best is to do it ourself, using own grass cutter.

it doesn't really spread even after 2 months, just grew slightly taller.

and somehow it's not strongly attached to the soil, i can just take it out without any strength.

Did you put sand before you lay the grass?
I think as long as the grass is not turning yellowish, they should be doing fine.

That should be ok.
It take a bit time to adhere to the sand.
Now important thing is watering.
