what is the most effective way to remove weeds?

been seeing lots of weed sprouting out from my carpet grass recently

is there an equipment to remove the weed with the root because sometimes i only remove the weeds without the root and i feel that the weeds regrow very fast

been pulling weeds daily!too much weeds...
my gardener says it is like that for first few months till the grass is mature.Is it true?hopefully
