i manage to contact one of celcom staff (personal contact)..

this is their answer

at first, their 2G network having problem/failure (no details about it or what is actually happen).. then all sms/call traffic force to switched on 3G network, then resulting extremely network congested on 3G.. so finally, both network 2G and 3G can't be use..

and also, they cannot give answer on when it will solved.. it could take 1 hour, 12 hour, 24 hour.. or one week? fuh..

thinking of how many MVNO company using celcom networks...local roamers such as Tunetalk? Umobile? XOX? n bla bla pluz wif international roamers...diz things really messed up celcom networks...all way around congested...they should upgrade their facilities i guess...too old sumtimes cause catastrophic..

i can't call my fren who is using 019 and he can't either call me now. e can't receive any sms i sent over. weird.

don't think only one switch that has problem .. since it is affecting the whole celcom network including those in the east malaysia too .. funny thing, sms seems to work .. 3g data too ..

agreed!!.. celcom networks already complicated thus make it congested..those switch cannot "tahan kne antam kaw kaw"...

yeah wonder what happen to tunetalk, XOX n umobile...

If celcom network cannot use then all those using their network shouldn't be able to use right?

Funny .. Celcom to Celcom is no no .. landline/TM to Celcom also the same .. but Maxis to Celcom okay .. what gives?

not really i think...it is all depends on how they manage the network...they can use separate server/switch for tune/U/XOX.. juz my 2 cents...

i use maxis to try to call celcom all day. Doesnt work too

so the rest using their network don't have problem today?
