yes, they should have contingency/disaster recovery plan.. money losses still ok, but how about life losses? imagine people died because can't call ambulans..

walau tats an excuse. How can they have the widest coverage and no backup method?  If it happen twice a year? Imagine it made ppl lost few thousand hundred money how le?

its hard to ensure dat any contingency/disaster recovery/backup plan to take place...when it comes to mobile network it is not like talking about water pipe or electric grid lines...i think the only backup that could be done is only by roaming to other networks such as digi or maxis...n i dun think this will happen for now...in future myb..sure the 3rd party (maxis n digi) dun want to risk their customer/networks by allowing celcom users to temporarily roams to their network..."silap2" they also will "kejang"...

Use my DiGi number to call = Went through

Additionally, my Celcom no. still cannot be used to call out. doh.gif
