very2 disappointed wif celcom careline lor

...i've made a call to them bcoz my broadband seems not working for the last 3 days...always in connecting mode

...already call 3 times since the problem occurred last 3 days...
u know guyz? i've to wait 30 minutes before my call being connected to celcom broadband report department...
that lady who answered me woo.. sounds so angry..dunno why..i speak to her nicely n she wif her angry voice try to scold me out here n there rising her voice to me ("dtg bulan ka?") ....no respect at all lorh...haiya

...feels like wan to lodge a report about her lor...anyone know how? the problem is, i dunno her name
