last august it takes around 2 hours to recover...

got some misunderstanding today.i really need to fix up and explain this matter asap...i'm at my hometown this holiday,and she is far away from me. both of us under 1+5 plan. hurry celcom..pls...

i got this problem since 9 am this morning..but, only celcom to celcom got problem..so dissapointing..

* Up to 20 hours(1200 minutes) of voice or video calls, and 1,500 units of SMS or MMS per subscriber per month with effect from 1 September 2009.

this is really SH*T from unlimited to 40 hours n now 20 hours? no more celcom postpaid for me..switch to digi coz i heard still unlimited.

mean 20 hours of each of us or total 20 hours?

having the same problem. cant call in and out.

man, this is no good..why celcom do this..customer will realize soon and change to other operator..have they out of their mind?

celcom having a nightmare.. should be highlighted in the news today

i guess so..since most of government servant use celcom line...

this is absolutely horrible
my line hasn't been working all day
and now that you mentioned about the 1+5 plan changing its terms
driving me up the wall !

no line in taiping also.... cannot lar like this. cant call my wife...

Now i register 1 Cep50-cep30 after that need pay how much for subline and izit unlimited call and sms?

my god, this is the first time in this year celcom network having prolem.. totally down, luckily i still can using my celcom bb to surf lowyat.net rite now..

this is horrible nightmare.. what happen to 'the best telco of 2009'??

haha..not to say the 1st...i think twice already diz year lorh...last august (to be exact during tunetalk launching day if im not mistaken)...dat time no signal at all..."emergency call only"...luckily diz time stil can do msging...

their engineer still holiday la i guess
