QUOTE(epool86 @ Mar 12 2009, 09:56 AM) i get some internal information that celcom will introduce broadband prepaid starter pack.. price rm25, included with preloaded credit rm20.. you can use it for internet as follows sound like a good deal to me. I dont need it everyday- rm6 for One day (24hours) internet access - rm20 for One week internet access but the max speed is 384kbps only. not bad huh, rm20 for one week.. the good thing is its prepaid, and we can subsribe it only when we need. but i afraid the celcom network will become much more congested with this new broadband prepaid plan.. damn! please increase your bandwidth capacity first before launching any new plan like this.. u must give priority to current broadband users.. 20 for 1 week x 4 = RM80 its expensive but you can choose when to use |

QUOTE(radi0head @ Jun 2 2009, 11:41 AM) lucky calling to 1111 was free. Or else i get pissed off.i have a non phone pda so i would like to pair it with my Nokia E71. Previously it was paired with nokia 6680. Da stupid CS said sorry they already deleted this information from database. Please go to the nearest celcom service centre. The last time i set my 6680 paired with pda also call celcom. 1st call ) Call they ask me some dumb questions then need pass to technical support then no one pick up they said will call me NO ONE CALL 2nd call ) Wait too long suddenly call ended 3rd call ) Listen to music for half an hour on loud speaker bloody crappy advertisement then FINALLY their support answer 4th call ) Fail to fix it 5th call ) Fed up search the phone setting fixed it myself. For digi they never disappointed not even once. If they dunno they will pass to someone that 100% can answer my question and the answers are satisfying not like celcom the answer are pissing off. |

QUOTE(toilet bowl @ Jun 2 2009, 03:17 PM) the celcom 1111 cs sux, but if you're a celcom premier customer call 1881, they will solve your problem on the spot and fast.. then what for? I better switch to digi whether u premier or not u get solution on the spot as well.U just calculate only the rich use premier do u think celcom can survive? They survive because all the non premier like us spend. They survive on volume Added on June 4, 2009, 6:21 pm QUOTE(epool86 @ Jun 2 2009, 03:10 PM) i dont think they will revise their postpaid plan for the time being.. in the future mabye la, because they currently enjoying the 'successful' of their postpaid plan.. of course i am using their service. I wan use my PDA with their celcom 3G access. Of course they are responsible.i dont know that to paired a mobile phones can contact celcom, i thought we can only call celcom to ask something related to celcom product/services only? but usually for technical problem i'll go direct to their branches This post has been edited by aspire2oo6: Jun 4 2009, 06:21 PM |

QUOTE(cactuscch @ Jul 26 2009, 04:16 PM) sorry to ask a stupid question. For example, RM0.20 per minute to all network. yes flat rate. But just look out for any star below if it says adjust rate means its not 0.20If I call landline, is it still consider 'all network'. is it still flat rate of RM0.20 per minute if i call KL, Penang, Sabah or Sarawak (still within Malaysia)? |

QUOTE(cyberxrush @ Aug 9 2009, 12:34 AM) hey guys, how do you activate 3G with celcom blue? i just bought my provider to celcom today because of the unlimited broadband package and the lady behind the counter said that this celcom blue is 3G capable, and i already wasted 20 bucks for the unlimited weekly access, but all i get is only edge or gprs. 3G is depending on the area like is your phone 3G ready? Is it set to UMTS mode? |

Celcom blue cube is showing a bad example.
Thats why celcom customer service sux till today. Last week few ppl i know went to blue cube sunway pyramid for bill payment and to purchase new simpack but was treated horribily by a malay guy and a chinese guy with spec.1 a My fren will go take their photos and post it up here next week to show how much we support 1malaysia. I am glad a few of us here ported to Maxis. Case 1 In the shop got 10 ppl they only entertain 2 ppl the rest standing there waiting when they ask he said you cant see i am servicing a customer? Case 2 They pretend you are not there Case 3 U ask 10 question they only answer 1. Case 4 Everything say can can can reach home the customer support thru 1111 say cannot cannot cannot. Even myself ported to Hotlink HYC the service was excellent . Its like celcom up there they throw huge sum of money for infrastructure but neglect customer piority and hire good stuff. QUOTE(darkcurves @ Sep 10 2009, 12:57 PM) Sounds like typical govt work ethics. I really like Maxis customer service, very friendly and they will answer all your questions. Totally agree with u. I was at maxis centre last week to port my No. Their service was good. They uncertain about something they even run off and ask their superior to resolve my problem. I like celcom but their service is still as bad as day 1 |
