My Celcom pre-paid has not been reloaded with credits since last year (November I think). So all I got is "Emergency Calls" statement. Is the SIM card officially declared "dead" ?

Anyway I can get a reload that will keep me active for a year?
I don't know how often I will use the celcom but I like to have an alternative number around as certain location I went celcom got coverage but my yellow service does not. |
