Want to ask if I subscribe UMI 18 and it come with 25mins outgoing call, what if I finish the 25mins, it will deduct $ from main acc?

stupid umobile, i topup RM30 today 5pm , 6pm check balance became RM0
I dont surf, dont sms, dont make any call and i off the data ( im using note 1 ) lodge a report to their website but no respond. gonna report to MCMC if no response from them. this is 2nd time my credit dissapear, first time i topup RM5 also hilang. |

bought u mobile 2 days ago, loving the cheap prices and internet, but there's one problem, people from overseas can;t contact me, text never come to my phone and call also very hard. you guys encountered this also? this is very annoying.
