stupid umobile, i topup RM30 today 5pm , 6pm check balance became RM0

I dont surf, dont sms, dont make any call and i off the data ( im using note 1 )

lodge a report to their website but no respond. gonna report to MCMC if no response from them. this is 2nd time my credit dissapear, first time i topup RM5 also hilang.

how long it takes to port your number ? just now I went to Umobile branch at Tropicana CM , the salesgirl told me it will take 3 working days, is it true ? Last time I port my hotlink to digi only takes half day, pretty fast.

selling of RM100 umobile credit for RM80

reason : porting to other telco , umobile is cheap but too slow for me.

i guess just burn that RM100 credit.
