Dynamic 100 is an old DiGi Business Plan. You can convert it to DiGi individual plan (DG,20, DG50, DG150, DG250) should the contract is over but you must have an authorization letter to be passed to DiGi Centre. smile.gif

Hello DIGIers, I just applied to switch from Maxis Postpaid for myself and my wife after staying with Maxis for more than 10 yrs. Now waiting for the sim pack to be delivered to me.

I believe the wife is 1 Family supplementary line. The unlimited free calls/SMS/MMS is really something irresistible for couples. rclxms.gif laugh.gif

waa my prepaid havent change to postpaid yet. and it's already more than 24 hours! i called digi cust service and she said wait for another day and if it havent activate yet, i have to go back to the dealer..

Give them some time, work has just started after CNY and I suppose they have a lot of work piled up during the holiday.

Just remember, whatever day it is, DiGi centre @ Solaris / Times Square / Pavilion will open.

Wah, yours takes so long. I converted from prepaid to postpaid too... It took only 10 minutes. sweat.gif I think the dealer in my area is efficient. biggrin.gif

strange!! call OCS couldnt go through??? usuallyy i wait for 1 minute, then i already connected to their staff....

maybe you dont know how to connect to operator through IVR....simple....when call...after IVR answer, press 1....then press 1 another time....then press 0 ......(1,1,0) or (1,2,0) also can....

T&C
1. Your that line's tenure need to be at least 6 months.
2. You need to walk in together with the new owner to any nearest DiGi Centre to transfer.

i changed my prepaid plan to postpaid already
did it with my gf, DG50 + 1family

but the thing is the OCS, i log in using my gf's number, not mine. mine just error, cant reset, cant register. only through my gf's number.
my line is main line, and gf is supp, how come?

Usually new applications need few days to be able to register on OCS.


Sister just MNP-ed to DiGi from Hotlink, only took her 4 hours. biggrin.gif
But the thing is I can't TT my credit to her... How long more to wait? I'm afraid she will kill me because she left with a few cents now. laugh.gif

last time, both my main and supp cudnt log on at all. ur condition is much betta. anyways~ juz wait a few days more like wat fruitie has mentioned..
