Hello DIGIers, I just applied to switch from Maxis Postpaid for myself and my wife after staying with Maxis for more than 10 yrs. Now waiting for the sim pack to be delivered to me.

waa my prepaid havent change to postpaid yet. and it's already more than 24 hours! i called digi cust service and she said wait for another day and if it havent activate yet, i have to go back to the dealer..

Wah, yours takes so long. I converted from prepaid to postpaid too... It took only 10 minutes.  I think the dealer in my area is efficient.

T&C 1. Your that line's tenure need to be at least 6 months. 2. You need to walk in together with the new owner to any nearest DiGi Centre to transfer.

i changed my prepaid plan to postpaid already did it with my gf, DG50 + 1family
but the thing is the OCS, i log in using my gf's number, not mine. mine just error, cant reset, cant register. only through my gf's number. my line is main line, and gf is supp, how come?

Usually new applications need few days to be able to register on OCS. Sister just MNP-ed to DiGi from Hotlink, only took her 4 hours.  But the thing is I can't TT my credit to her... How long more to wait? I'm afraid she will kill me because she left with a few cents now.
