When you register your line years ago, you were required to pay deposit. The RM13+ that you receive is the interest of that deposit. Just like when you put money inside the bank, you'll get interest after 1 year.

Yea, previously DiGi has a promotion whereby you can choose to use your deposit to offset ya next next bill. The promotion just ended few weeks ago. Last time those foreigners are required to pay deposit of RM1300

If you check ya bill, you should be receive ya deposit's interest once a year.
